“I thought that the service was good. Even though I had some queries, these were answered quickly. There was a small hiccup with the supplier trying to make a date for delivery, but once done, delivery was on time.”

“Quite like the carpet, unfortunately we are left with almost 5sqm of carpet that retails at £75 per sqm. I do not know if this is the fault of Tapi Carpets who we bought from or Barnitts who may have sent more than ordered. I hope its Barnitts otherwise I have being totally ripped off.”

“Good price for the product. It took almost a week from payment being taken to despatch. So a bit on the slow side there. Royal Mail delivery used so better than the usual shambles from certain courier firms. I will shop with Barnitts again.”

“Items delivered as promised in good order. Items were exactly as described and as ordered and reasonably priced. Cellotape used to wrap the items took a bit of scrubbing to remove the sticky glue from the items.”

“i love barnitts but can't always get in. i found my two items by chance and don't think i would have seen them in the shop walking round casually. my only gripe would be not seeing who was delivering items or when.”

“Very happy with the products (patio table and chairs and garden coffee table). Goods were sent direct from two different suppliers. Delivery was prompt and I was notified when they were dispatched but I would have liked tracking information automatically (Barnitts did provide this for one of the items after I requested it).”

“Good service. Item arrived on allotted day. There was a rather long window of time in which to wait in for the parcel (10-4.30?), and it would have been useful to know that it was going to come eg early afternoon.”
