“The chair I purchased was delivered quickly. I was contacted a few days in advance to confirm the date. Unfortunately, they aren't able to give you a window for delivery other than 9-5 which is frustrating. The chair was easy to assemble and of good quality.”

“I would suggest that you state the method of delivery, e.g. parcel /letter post or van, and the expected delivery date on your order acknowledgement form. This would avoid guessing and possible frustration on the customer's part.”
