“Item proved to be out of stock initially but was given a restock date. On the restock date was sent a message telling me that the item had been despatched and received it a couple of days later(one being a Sunday)”

“although the wrong product was initially sent to us, this error was very quickly remedied. whilst apprciating that you are an online operator, i feel that when a problem arises, it was quite difficult to make contact by telephone. i would not hesitate to use you again.”

“I ordered a large number of several things so not all were in stock. The order was completed ahead of the expected time and dispatched quickly. Email communication for each step of the process kept me informed. If I ever get to York again I will make sure I visit the store, it must be wonderful. Then a trip to Betty's after!”

“Have only today (27th June) received my order it arrived very promptly from the date of your e -mail advising me of dispatch, I have been way from home for several days s missed the delivery, and have just had the line delivered to my office. So the speed of delivery was good. June Medlycott”

“The goods were very reasonably priced and, after having had a very bad shopping experience in your store, when we were completely ignored by all the available assistants, we were wary of purchasing from you, but contrary to our previous experience, the goods were dispatched and delievered promptly. I would definitely buy from Barnitts online again.”
