“Order, communications and service was good, the product is exactly what I wanted. Delivery time is about one day behind most other internet delivery times. Although not an issue in my case, a standard seems to be to suggest delivery within 3 to 5 days, and to actually deliver within one to two working days.”

“Good customer service. Original item was delivered with damage, Barnitts responded very quickly and arranged a replacement with no fuss - exactly what you need in the circumstances. Also you can speak to a human on the phone via a geographical number - rare! One downside is that the item had to be ordered in and then be dispatched, so took a little longer than with other online retailers. Bottom line? Would use again and recommend to others.”

“The order took a while because items were out of stock. When I received my order it was very well packed. One item had a crack and was replaced within 48 hours. Fantastic customer service.”

“The tray arrived in good time and is what I wanted. However, it only just fits my purpose because the measurement refers to the widest part of the tray ie dimensions round the top. The bottom is slightly smaller and only just fits the things I want to store in the tray. Something I will remember to check myself next time.”

“Good experience overall, although it would have been nice to know before placing the order that the item was not in stock. Having said that the item was received within the new timescale outlined, so overall a good experience would buy from these guys again!”

“Very pleased with the fire guard my only disappointment was that when placing the order the item appeared to be in stock so I had expected a prompt delivery. Although the short delay was inconvenient I was kept fully informed through the whole process.”

“Prices excellent. Delivery was a bit slower than I had expected but the delivery company was proactive (trying to deliver twice in the same day) and I was grateful for that. Products were of good quality, delivered in perfect condition and just as advertised.”
