“Good experience but price was higher than most but you were the only outlet that had the item in stock. Not your fault but blanket discription did not state on which side the connection was fitted. Annoying, had to make up an extention lead to reach the plug.”

“Bought a bistro set that fell apart before it was fully assembled. However Barnitts agreed a full refund without quibbling and collected the defective item. I have always found Barnitts to be pretty good and will use them again.”

“Goods arrived quickly and were what was requested . Good service some query over address sheffield post code and address given goods labled Orkney and Shetland ,fortunatly it was ignored by the post office. Well satisfied.”

“I was extremely happy with the speedy delivery. However I have to deduct 1 point with regards to secure payment. I paid with my debit card that is set to always prompt me for 3 letters of my password. However your site is the first side ever to ignore this extra precaution and put the order through anyway. I don't even know how this is possible. Other than that it was perfect.”

“Helpful responses to queries. I appreciated that payment was not taken until goods were dispatched. Barnitts are also to be commended for being willing to send goods to UK islands (some companies will not deliver off the mainland).”

“Although delivery was slow due to some items I ordered being out of stock I was kept up to date with what was going on via email. When the stuff arrived it was extremely well packaged. Overall good service :)”

“Waited a while for two soup bowls but Barnitts were also waiting on more stock so not their fault. Very nice, unusual bowls with lions heads on them and great price too. Would use again.”
