“I ordered the Levv 100cm glass shelf. I had been looking for this item at various stockist for some time however all were out of stock for some months so I was extremely pleased when I found one online at Barnitts. Ordering was very easy and I received conformation of my order via email.I then received notification that the item was out of stock and I was given a estimate of when it would be back in. ( a couple of weeks) Slightly annoying as would have been nice to be told upon initial browsing that it wasn't in stock however a couple of weeks later I received an email saying my order had been dispatched. It arrived well packaged. Good product so overall very happy .”

“I ordered 3 items that I wanted to give as presents and needed them quickly. They were delivered as promised but sadly one of the items was different from my order. I did not have time to send it back as I needed to give the presents the next day. So I had to go out at the last minute to find a replacement. I understand that items may be out of stock, especially at christmas time but it was however disappointing.”

“Showed in stock when ordering then recieved an email saying wasn't in stock. Otherwiae would have been a perfect score. Delivered when said and fast comms to tell mr about the stock issue. Great product and great value will definetly use tgem again.”

“My ironing board covers didn't arrive - emailed and was advised immediately they were out of stock, would be available on the Thursday and would be despatched to me the same day. True to their word this is what happened. Customer service was excellent and goods were exactly as ordered - would have been 5 stars if website had shown goods as being 'out of stock available soon' at point of order. Btw - was also the best price I could find!”

“The items I ordered for a wedding present were out of stock. It would have been useful to have a bit more personal feedback on delivery dates. Delivery was smooth and on the day finally agreed on. The nice thing about ordering from Barnitts is that being a local, I could view the quality of the items I wanted in the shop before ordering. Shop staff are very knowledgeable and friendly - well done”
