“My item arrived damaged and I didn't notice until at least a week later. I was concerned that Barnitts would be unable to help me but they immediately responded to my email and sent out a replacement item that reached me before Xmas. Fantastic friendly service. Thank you”

“Ordered some gloves online on 2nd December. Immediately received an email informing me they were out of stock for 2 weeks. Why didn't the website indicate this when the order was placed? Had to chase the gloves after 2 weeks to get them sent out when re-stocked. Arrived damaged, on Christmas Eve. Sent an email to ask how to go about exchanging them. No reply. Had to go into store in person to get a refund. Love Barnitts as a shop but will not use online ordering again!”

“I did already phone to express my appreciation of the great service I received. Order was placed late on Saturday afternoon prior to Christmas Eve & was for a Christmas present. As promised order was despatched on the Monday and delivered on the Tuesday - in time for Christmas. Tracking was available and easy. Product was great and £10 cheaper than a local shop! Express delivery service was excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Barnitts after an excellent first experience.”

“Good communication on the product after I bought it and it arrived well packaged and in good condition. The only negative comment I would make is that the website did not say the product I bought was out of stock until I committed to buy although I did receive an e-mail stating when it would be back in stock. Apart from that the service was excellent and I would use this company again”

“The bin we ordered took a bit of time to come but that was to be expected over the busy Christmas period. I called to find out when it was to arrive and the lady was very helpful and gave me a day . It was great to speak to clear English speakers and not some indian call centre which seems to be the norm these days. The parcel was delivered in the hour time frame that was promised an i was able to check the parcel whereabouts throughout the day ... Brilliant service and price well done”
