“The items purchased were as described and generally satisfactory, we unfortunately were a small threaded stud short, the response from the company was swift, in the end we didn't need the piece to be delivered as we made a short stud up to join the handle to the brush, small bit of D.I.Y., and hopefully everybody is happy, guessing the length of the bolt stud proved a bit hit and miss but second attempt making it 10mm longer resolved the problem, but customers should rest assured that the products are of good quality !”
