“This was a replacement product benefitting from the 20% reduction sale price offer. Difficult we know to process and deliver over Xmas/New Year period; and we got a 'false' warning by email that they were out of stock until 15th January! But product was actually delivered without problems on Friday 2nd... Well packaged and a very good product at a great price - difficult to seek more?”

“My item arrived damaged and I didn't notice until at least a week later. I was concerned that Barnitts would be unable to help me but they immediately responded to my email and sent out a replacement item that reached me before Xmas. Fantastic friendly service. Thank you”

“Ordered some gloves online on 2nd December. Immediately received an email informing me they were out of stock for 2 weeks. Why didn't the website indicate this when the order was placed? Had to chase the gloves after 2 weeks to get them sent out when re-stocked. Arrived damaged, on Christmas Eve. Sent an email to ask how to go about exchanging them. No reply. Had to go into store in person to get a refund. Love Barnitts as a shop but will not use online ordering again!”
