“I ordered the Levv 100cm glass shelf. I had been looking for this item at various stockist for some time however all were out of stock for some months so I was extremely pleased when I found one online at Barnitts. Ordering was very easy and I received conformation of my order via email.I then received notification that the item was out of stock and I was given a estimate of when it would be back in. ( a couple of weeks) Slightly annoying as would have been nice to be told upon initial browsing that it wasn't in stock however a couple of weeks later I received an email saying my order had been dispatched. It arrived well packaged. Good product so overall very happy .”

“I rang Barnitts to order an LED candle, and this was done quickly and efficiently - and was delivered the next day.... Everything went well and I will ring, or order on line again. I cannot tell you about the candle as it is for a Christmas present.”

“Barnitts' customer service is exemplary. The item ordered had a slightly ambiguous description but this was of the suppliers making rather than Barnitts. As a result the item had to be returned. Barnitts promptly arranged for a courier to collect the item the next day and processed a full refund on receipt of the product. I was kept informed on progress at every stage via email. I will shop there again.”

“I ordered 3 items that I wanted to give as presents and needed them quickly. They were delivered as promised but sadly one of the items was different from my order. I did not have time to send it back as I needed to give the presents the next day. So I had to go out at the last minute to find a replacement. I understand that items may be out of stock, especially at christmas time but it was however disappointing.”

“The goods were significantly cheaper than I could find the same product anywhere else. I was amazed how quickly the goods arrived, within a couple of days, and very well packaged. I was informed often of what was happening and when they would arrive as well as having the opportunity to say within a few hours of the parcel arriving where to leave it if I was out. I would definitely use them again.”

“I ordered a cheese baker online for a Christmas present. I received really good update information from Barnitts about order dispatch and receipt. The delevery was extremely prompt and free as i have a York postcode. The product was of good quality and I was extremely pleased with the service I received.”
