“What a delghtful lady I dealt with very proffesional and a lovely manner. I am in the retail business myself and would highly recommend the service I got from Barnitts. Delivery was next day and I only ordered quite late in the day. In the future I will always check Barnitts before I go any where else for my goods.”

“Ordered item on 17.4.14 . Email confirming dispatch in 24.4.14. Still nothing arrived on 30.4.14 so email sent asking for estimate delivery time . No response . Later on 30.4.14 email saying order cancelled and second stating refund would happen in 3-5 working days . No response to email asking someone to contact . Telephone conversation stating that despite paying extra for delivery it couldn't be delivered . No offer of alternative and very much lack of customer awareness . No apologies and got stroppy when I asked for the name of person who I spoke too . Information passed to trading standards. I would never recommend this website to order anything”
