“I originally bought my items from a rival company....I had nothing but stress for 6 weeks with them and lots of trouble getting a refund. I re ordered from Barnitts and what a difference!! This company kept me informed and delivery my items perfectly! Packaging was great and overall I can't speak highly enough of their customer service and professional performance.”

“Total order arrived and as I instructed had been left over the garden gate - all contents were packed securely and no damage whatsoever. Hadn't reallised when I ordered that the item was not in stock - but you kept me informed along the way and in fact the arrival was earlier than anticipated. Will use your website again to look for special things. Many thanks.”

“We were looking for a Gardeco Copan Extra-Large Open Mesh Pyramid Garden Fireplace and another well-known site classed it as a heavy item and wanted to charge £30 for delivery. Barnitts had the same item with no delivery charge and we had it within a week of ordering. Great service!”
