“I placed a large order and some items were out of stock but the estimated date of arrival of the out of stock items was accurate and my order was dispatched very quickly afterwards. Most of the items were breakable and I have to say it was extremely well packed and nothing at all was broken. Would not hesitate to use this company again.”

“Dualit toaster arrived well packaged and on time. Was unable to unpack it immediately. When I did, I was horrified to discover the crumb tray had lost one of it's finger pulls and become wedged sideways! Thinking ir was jammed permanently I rang the store and left a message. Meantime , my husband managed to "wiggle" the teay free and re-attached the little finger plug , that easily clipped back on. I received a call-back , message left on answer machine; with apologies and instruction how to proceed. All sorted though, thank you! Hopefully our Silver Wedding present to the family will last 25 years!”

“Ordered 4 Price & Kensington "script" cups in March received them yesterday 21st May ! However, albeit after prompting them along the way about the lack of information about my order, eventually they produced ! I think they struggled to source the items but doggedly kept at it and are worthy of my "very good" rating. Thank you Barnitts for persevering !”
