“I was very pleased that Barnitts kept me informed over the progress of my parcel and when they gave me a very specific time of delivery. They also gave me options to change the delivery day or time which was great. I was very impressed by the efficiency of Barnitts. Overall delighted and would highly recommend Barnitts!”

“The order took longer than I thought, as some items were out of stock, but I was kept informed at all stages so I knew the reason for the delay. DPD were the curriers, so I knew exactly when delivery was to arrive to the hour, making it easy for me to arrange to be in for the delivery. I was also pleased with the items I ordered.”

“I have given Good as my rating, because of the VERY reasonable price we paid. I would have given Very Good but after purchasing, we received an e-mail advising us that there would be a short delay in delivering, due to the product being out of stock. We were kept informed as to when the product would be delivered. Fortunately, we were in no hurry and as I mentioned, the price we paid was really good.”
