Great product, great staff, only criticism is that delivery took place 15 minutes outside of the two hour delivery window which caused me issue with my nursery pick up, otherwise would be 5 stars.

Very good quality retro chairs. Bought online good service, picked up from a store. They had in store for viewing, but have to wait for stock to be delivered.

Lovely store, imaginatively laid out, with mood lighting and room displays. Looks warm and cosy. A leisure experience rather than horrible shopping. Helpful staff and great cafe! And we bought 4 chairs. Only issue for us is that it was on the other side of London, but not B&S problem. Would go back when and if we need new furniture. Definitely worth the trip.

Great item, prompt delivery, good customer service. Only negative is the delivery man walked into the house with wet shoes on. Shoe covers would have meant an excellent score rating.

Dealing with the store was as always, easy and very satisfactory. We then had to make our order online in order to be sure of early sale prices. We opted for collection to save delivery costs on our item that was small enough to fit a car but were mislead by the order form over the length of time we had to wait before we could collect it. Telephone conversations with the online department were confusing. Ultimately collection from the warehouse was easy and the staff there very helpful.

Delivery excellent product as expected, well wrapped and protected. Only downside there was no receipt for monies paid, which is the reason for four stars instead of five. Other than that, no complaints, first class service.

Went into store to view a clock seen online then ordered it for home delivery .arrived as stated and it beautiful but did expect it to weigh more and be made of better materials for ?105

Generally a great experience. Staff incredibly helpful in re routing my order from delivery to Guildford store to Leeds store. Staff in Leeds store disappointing - not approachable and rather dismissive in interactions.

Great items but lack of communication as to when the items would be delivered but thankfully I was at home to sign for them. Packaging was also quite poor but a quick resolution to my complaint was met by customer services.

I have made an online purchase so have only ever dealt with the staff via the phone however they are always polite, helpful and professional. I have only given 4 stars because I?ve had a few issues with my order as there?s been lack of communication between their departments. Their system for ?long range delivery? as they call it needs to change as it?s issued randomly and when I rang to change the date to one that suits me was when my issues started, however the staff are always great and quick to get things sorted.

Purchased 2 side tables, however they weren't in stock and had also been discontinued. Slightly poor that they were still being advertised. I received a very apologetic phone call and a swift refund, so I give their customer service top marks.
