“The items were reasonably priced in the sale but I was a little disappointed with the aftersales service. My delivery was delayed but I was not informed. I had to call two times and wait about three weeks before my items were delivered. Once delivered the items were exactly as I hoped so I would buy again from this store.”

“The product is great (4 seater table with built-in fire pit). Good quality and well made. The seats are really comfortable too. However, I also bought an outdoor cover and this took ages to deliver (compared to the furniture) and this wasn't specified when I placed the order. The cover is also really expensive for what it is - you can buy similar alternatives for less than half the price.”

“Very stylish furniture items. Time to delivery took a very long time but when arranged, arrived on time. However, they delivered an extra chair and I didn't get very much appreciation from the company when I called up to let them know and arrange collection of the extra chair.”
