Awful website awful company. So I went to buy a baby chair and it said on sale 53.99 and when it said sign up for email for offer. Put in offer code after an awful time waiting for this email and the cost was higher than 53.99 because it hadnt put on tax ? It's a uk site why? Didnt buy from here. On top of that website slow and full of errors. Really annoyed me trying to navigate. God only knows what the products would be like and service.

I’m not happy at all, first my parcel was lying out in the soaking wet rain but that’s not your fault it’s the couriers, I’ve got the plush dog but I’m missing the paw patrol watch.

Ordered 4 items but had to return 3 of them as somebody had already bought the items as gifts. 3 weeks and over 10 emails later and I’ve been refunded for only 1 item that was returned. I have proof of delivery return but apparently they still cannot locate the items. Tread carefully. Pay extra from a reputable seller!

The parcel was left in the middle of the drive soaking wet, and for anyone walking past to steal, then my son 8 was disappointed and upset as part of the calendar was empty. So all round not good.

Wrong item has turned up. Emailed and sent a message via Facebook. Looks as if they've read it and ignored me. The item isn't in stock now. So I'm really annoyed. An email to state it was being replaced with something else would of been helpful. Won't use again now. I understand it's Christmas, however customer service should still remain

I don’t know how many times I have tried to Get through to this company to ask them how I make a return I’ve emailed them and still no response it says to fill out the box in the FAQ so I’m now stuck with a present I do not want.

AVOID!!!! Worst online company I have ever come across. 1) Sent me a damaged product which was also poor quality. 2) Refused to acknowledge it was damaged despite me sending them photos with proof of damage. 3) Made me pay to refund it using their preferred delivery service 4) As requested, Hermes delivered it back to them. Thus was 13 days ago and they have still not acknowledged receipt. 5) Have not responded to my attempts to get in touch. 6) Have still not refunded me. At present they have my money, the product, and have ignored my attempts to contact them.

I paid for an order in November with Bargin Max for over £100 for 2 products, 1 of which £72 was never delivered. I have contacted Bargin max several times and never received a response. It is now nearly 1 month since I paid and I have heard nothing whatsoever and there is no customer service telephone number Shocking!!

Unfortunately never received my order which was christmas presents. Haven't been able to get any sort of answer where my parcel is or offered any help to rectifying the issue other than contacting hermes who haven't responded to any of my attempts to contact them over the past 10 days. Disappointing as don't have the money to repurchase. Have ordered before with no issues but won't be ordering again as customer service has been very poor which is a shame as prices and products are great usually.
