The projector light stopped working in 2 weeks. My son was very disappointed. Not the nicest customer service. Was offered a replacement or a refund in an abrupt way. Neither is satisfactory. It doesn’t take the disappointment of a child away. Won’t be using again nor will recommend.

The drone I purchased lasted 5 minutes. The controls did not work which made flying impossible. The left and right controls were the wrong way round as stated on the instructions. After a few minutes of flying the controls also just stopped working completely leading to the drone flying off, the return to home button did not work meaning I have been unable to get this back

Ordered a frozen bike for my little girl, it says it’s been delivered but I have not received anything, it shows it’s been delivered to my door but I was not in on the day of the delivery so the delivery driver left a parcel by my door while I was not in which can only mean someone else has picked it up, so now I’m left paying for something I have not received!! My 1st time ordering and I can surely say I will not be ordering again!

Ordered a bike for my daughters birthday. Opened to set up the night before her birthday to see its completely broken. Upset is not the word to cut it. Not happy at all.

Don’t bother using next day delivery, my order hasn’t arrived and it looks like it’s not even been shipped yet!! I’ve ordered well in advance of my daughters birthday, but this is taking the Mickey.

Inflated rhe pool as directed and within 10 mins the top layer had deflated. I found a tiny hole which i had to repair

Item arrived in a box so damaged it was falling out in drivers van. At first look it seemed to be a returned product but we thought let’s just put up and see as our sons were so excited. Two hours later and there’s no seats for glider, the frame is so flimsy and weak and wobbles even when secured down and the ropes on swing have are faulty and one side of rope is only about 30cms long at most. It seems like a load of faulty parts all put together in a broken box and so now we have two disappointed children and a wasted afternoon. Very unhappy

Please please please stay away from this site. Ordered last Saturday for my daughters Birthday the following Thursday (14th july) items was due to arrive Tuesday before her birthday. Tuesday came no delivery was told it was collected and would come before her birthday on Thursday. Needless to say no present arrived for my 7 year olds birthday. Called yesterday 18th July and was promised new one will be here following day 19th. Yep it's now 6.25pm on 19th waited in all day and no present. The poor customer service and lies/shifting blame to courier is always the answers you get. PLEASE STAY AWAY 1st and last time using them

As I am sure you can appreciate we use 3rd party currier companies to deliver our items and sometimes packaging can become damaged during transit. I was very disappointed with my order, I paid £3.99 to receive it the next day but as it was Friday I would receive it on Monday this is ok for me because I was only going to use the pool on tuesday, but they sent me the tracking number today and delevery didn't even receive my order yet that means it won't arrive on time. so what's the advantage of paying more for delivery if they deliver at the same time as those who don't pay? I'm very disappointed.

I am unable to find your order from your name on the review but please be aware that as per our websites all orders placed after 1pm are shipped the following day. I buy first time from here. Extreme bad experience they don’t send me product and lie two times taht they send see and lost etc bla bla and probably they don’t care and lier comapnay never bauy agin got refund from pay pal

I placed order on 17th delivery was standard delivery 3-6 day's its now 25th and still had no delivery the tracking is showing nothing and had no update i have emailed bargain max and still no reply with answers to my issue. The service is unacceptable I hope customer service sort this out asap as i purchased the pool for my sons birthday which is in 3 days time but now i doubt it be here on time. NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE BARGAIN MAX!!!

It is impossible to contact this company. Delivery of a grandson's birthday gift was foreseen for 1-2/6 . It's now the 3rd and there is still no sign of it. Definitely won't be using again.
