I bought 2 bikes and only 1 arrived. The pedals on the bike would not fit into place as they had not been threaded correctly. I sent numerous pictures and msgs and was asked repeatedly to send more. I have been unable to use the bike and have ended up having to buy 2 new bikes from elsewhere. Very disappointed and left with a bike with no pedals.

I brought a kids bike a skye paw patrol one and the tightening bolts don't fit ,so my daughter can't use or ride her bike, I tired to email and get them sent out and haven't heard anything so now I want a full refund.

Sent out a different product then they advertised and the instructions where poor on the parts list it said spare parts and listed the parts needed for every variation of the product received not just the version I ordered

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. When I contacted customer service over the phone, the staff were unhelpful and lacked basic courtesy. It took a lot of time and effort on my part just to get a refund for a service/product that didn’t meet expectations. While they did eventually process the refund, there was no goodwill gesture offered to make up for the poor service — something that could have shown they value their customers and encouraged me to return. Sadly, based on this experience, I won’t be using them again and can’t recommend them to others.

Ordered a birthday present I explained this to them and was told it would be here on the Friday and the courier didn’t even receive it until the Friday I’ll never use this place again

I paid for next day delivery and didn't get the till about 4 days later. This is despite the site saying it will arrive next day.

Not happy at all! I regularly buy from you guys and this is very possibly the delivery company’s fault, but this item was never delivered and for what it was, cost quite a bit. It was for my daughter as a surprise after an operation. She has a condition which makes hers (and my) life hard and this karaoke machine was what she’s been talking about for ages. So disappointed and as a single mum, I couldn’t afford to replace it.

Have previously used bargain max and have had no issues so decided to use again. Ordered on 1/7 and still waiting for my order. It was a paddling pool which I really wanted before the heat were currently experiencing. Evri have lost it. Told them it was lost. They emailed back 3 days ago saying to wait and see while they escalate it with evri (despite it not moving from evri warehouse since 5th July) and will be in touch in 2 days. Asked for a replacement to be sent out yesterday but not heard anything more. Very disappointed and ended up buying elsewhere.

My experience is dreadful . Stressful. . All I've dome is email bargain max and evri delivery.. about not receiving my parcel which was a present for my 3 yr old grandson who now is gonna be very upset not receiving his bike. Now i will have to try and buy a smaller gift... .All I've had I'd 4 different stories why my parcel hasn't been delivered.. its absolutely disgusting

unfortunately i did not recieve my item that i had ordered for my sons birthday . Very dissapointed. The delivery company failed to deliver my parcel TWICE ! The first time it was not recieved at the warehouse, dispite them sending me a 2 hour delivery slot to wait in , then the second time it was not scanned and wasnt loaded onto the lorry - again i had recieved a 2 hour delivery slot . So both occasssions i ahd waited in as per my text message the night before. Had to chase on both occassions, after they didnt turn up. The delivery company in question are called DX - terrible customer service and not apologetic. I wasnt prepared to wait in for a third attempt, so asked them to return my parcel to BargainMax. Also asked for a member of the management team to call me the following day , sadly didnt get this call either. First time using both BargainMax and DX and i dont feel that i will be using again or be recomme

Ordered a bike for granddaughter on Friday paid next day delivery and got it on the wed her birthday was on the Monday so it was 2 days late how do you explain to a 5 year old her bike hasn't come I did send a message to yourselfs but no reply I'm still not happy and still no refund for next day delivery we were going to a park for her to ride the barbie bike instead I had nothing to give my granda

The item I bought wasn’t what was shown! The chute said it was from 3+ but when I recieved it , it was 24+ so it’s smaller than it shows.
