Prices may be good but delivery service is terrible. The toy I purchased was sent out for delivery unpackaged and the address label was stuck on the item. I was told after complaining that they are trying to reduce packaging. This is not on their website and should be made available as an option to the customer. Very poor customer service.

Bought a swimming pool waited for delivery then they changed delivery to 4 weeks further away then cancelled the order without reason, very disappointing service and communication won't use again

Terrible service!! Parcel came unwrapped daughter saw her present!! When I came to complain they just said they will learn from it! Gutted £150 bike too!!

On Monday 1st September I ordered the VIRO Cafe Racer electric bike for my sons birthday that was on the Saturday and the delivery window was 2 to 4 days, I kept an eye on the delivery tracker and by the Friday there had been no update from the carrier Evri to even confirm they had received my parcel so I rang Bargain Max only to be told the parcel had been lost in transit. I was offered a refund or a replacement so be cause the price was very good i went for a replacement and this time i received an update from Evri confirming they had the parcel however up to today ( 15th September ) i still haven't received the item so again i rang customer service at Bargainmax to be told the parcel had been lost a 2nd time. This time i asked for a refund to be told that due to the fact they had swapped over to a new system that my refund will take up to 7 days, This is extremely poor service and the final insult is the delay on the refund.

I visited the online store looking for two sooters for 2 of my sons. The website said I neded to spend a min of £30 to use Klarna so I got an additional toy. An error message ocurred saying that the additional toy was out of stock so I removed it from my basket and added a costume and a pack of batteries, keeping the 2 scooters. I checked out looking forward to receiving the products only to find two order numbers had been raised with total of 4 scooters. I wattsapped traight away asking for the initial one to be cancelled and was told I had to refuse delivery. Evri didnt bother to knock the door and just left on doorstep. Second order arrived missing the batteries!!!!!!!! I have four cooters but only need 2 and have paid for a pack ogf batteries that never arrived. Don{t bother using thi website they are useless.

Terrible service paid for next day delivery on the 20th before 12 and it arrived on the 28th, was needed for the 26th as a main birthday present will not use you again

My parcel al has been attempted to be delivered 3 times now, gift for my grandsons birthday- which has now gone. Just want a refund tbh. Company not communicating with couriers (EVRI) to see what’s going on as I can’t on my end only the sender can.
