I haven't received my parcel to be rudely told it had been delivered even though I said I haven't received it, nor did my neighbours take in a parcel, emailed in a couple of times to get no response, been over a week now, quite shocking as I've purchased from here before and never had a problem

Didn't get my order and got a email about getting a replacement or refund asked for a refund and haven't received enything for 2 days after asking for a refund

Ordered 2 weeks ago and have only received 1 out of the 2 parcels even though I ordered them all together. Receiving emails to say the parcels can’t be delivered without making contact with me. Made contact several times and no response. Joke of a company, won’t be ordering from here again.

Absolutely appalling company. No customer service whatsoever and a phone line that no one answers! Ordered a Paw Patrol Laptop as a birthday gift (order 855869T) but got a Fisher Price Rock a Stack! Reported straight away, sent a photo of wrong item and I am still waiting! Do not waste your money with this company, pay a little more from an established well known company and get the service that you would expect.

I made a oder on 23rd of October got a email saying it had been despatched on the 24th Oct tracked my package and all it says is label printed it is now 31st October I have had no reply from the email I sent in regards to my item not coming first time I have baught of this site not a very happy customer

Delivery yet again told on the front page free delivery when you spend over £9.99 any were uk mainland only to be hit with a £3.99 p&p charge at checkout

Good morning Roy Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and I am sorry for the confusion over the delivery charge. Our delivery is free for orders over £9.99 to the UK mainland, however, some more rural postcodes are excluded from this. The full list of excluded postcodes can be found by visiting https://www.bargainmax.co.uk/delivery and clicking the word here to download a PDF. The reason we can't offer free delivery to some areas is our couriers do charge us extra for these rural deliveries. I can assure you that this is not something we make a profit on and is passed on to customers in these areas only because the courier passes the charge on to ourselves. I am really sorry if the website wasn't clear about this beforehand and have fed this back to our website team to see if they can make this clearer for future. Many thanks BargainMax Support Team

I ordered the Dark Blue and Red Paw Patrol My First Trike for my grandson, delivery was very quick but the Light Blue and Yellow Trike was delivered, I contacted Bargain Max via their advised route and eventually having sent the incorrect item back a new delivery was arranged for the correctly ordered item, sadly the next delivery arrived and was again wrong and the light blue and yellow trike was supplied, this despite the website showing the trike I ordered was in stock, I have again tried to contact Bargain Max via their preferred route and after 3 emails I am still waiting for response,

I ordered some birthday presants for my daughter when my items were delivered one item was missing I informed customer service straight away it has now been a week and I still haven't had a response there customer service is appalling and now my daughter doesn't have one of the presants she asked for due to there neglegance

Payed for next day delivery yet my order could take another 48 hours so what did I pay extra for ?? Just hoping my items are what I expect after reading some of these reviews 🤦🏽‍♀️

I've spent £2.50 the other day, I've no confirmation or anything it's his birthday on the 15th which is this Friday, please don't ruin his 3rd birthday, it said 2-3 days delivery, I've had nothing ,I'm so.worried thank you

I have been trying to contact this company from Monday 4th September 2023, no one is getting back to me either from emails or calls!! They sent me one of my parcels and still 8/9 items missing!!

Ordered from here with laybuy now laybuy has taken 2,payment’s still can’t see my order as they said something wrong with my email , then got a reply to say my order would be despatched still waiting !!!!!

Dont buy Lego from these as they dont box the items and stick the labels on the actual items.THEY ALSO USE EVRI to deliver by far the worst delivery company in the world.The only positive was I was offered refund (But I had to send in pictures first)

Ordered a sandpit from here emailed to say the item is faulty. I did get a response asking for photos which I sent straight away and had no response since. I have sent numerous emails since and still getting no reply from them disgusting if you ask me when I paid for an item that's faulty and getting no reply off them

I received lol playhouse last Thursday which arrived badly damaged. So disappointed as it was main present for my daughters birthday. I have sent numerous emails,filled out online form and sent messages on facebook and been blanked on all platforms. I finally received an email ok tuesday from someone called Rebecca saying could have replacement or refund . I opted for replacement but still not heard a thing back . I now have a very upset 5 year old and the house sat in box in hallway doing nothing . I paid £109.99 for this so as you can imagine I want this sorting promptly! Please can someone reply to my emails my order number is 2000907873.

Tried to contact online for support as Amazon put on my tracking information they sent it back to buyer as it was damaged in shipment. Received an email back to say I have received it but I havnt and my son is now without his birthday presents after spending nearly £100.

Parcel missing cant get in touch with anyone says 1 working day? why need it sorting now not tomorrow. the carrier is useless evri wont help at all just give me a refund to much hassle

Communication totally unprofessional.. placed an order for a confirmation email, 4 days later still no tracking order email and no communication yet delivered was meant to be 2-4 days… still no idea what’s happening as no response from company, won’t be using them again
