They’ve taken payment for 4 mario playsets and the moneys come out my bank which I confirmed through my app aswell taken payment and the payment page said sorry payment wasn’t taken try again with a different card no way to contact you and there’s not any live chat either ?

Order 12 items costing £343, only received 3 items today which total less than £100. No communication to say my order is being part delivered. The 3 items I did received were totally crushed because the packaging was inadequate. They were put in a flimsy box and I single cheap strip of cellotape which had completely come away leaving the box open as well as crushed. I dont blame the carrier as this packing was embarrassing and there is no way it could of got to me undamaged. I tried the online chat but that's a complete waste of time because it doesn't recognise my query. I sent an email but to be honest after reading the other horror story reviews about customers getting no deliveries for weeks I wont hold my breath. Was sceptical about this company before I ordered and that scepticism has been justified.

Disappointed with Hermes leaving the parcel outside all day as I was at work instead of leaving it with a neighbour…again! Thankfully it didn’t rain or the items inside the box would have been ruined. Will avoid any company that use Hermes from now on.

Unfortunately, we cannot control what a customer enters on the order at the checkout, if you enter the incorrect billing detail the order will not process and this is what you did on this occasion. So no funds are taken and no order has been placed ith ourselves. Many thanks, Customer Care.

Parcel delivered to not only wrong house but the wrong road and with absolutely no help from courier or from Bargainmax had to go on the hunt myself and found it tried to contact Bargainmax and they were a waste of time

I placed a order but never received my confirmation, however I can see that I’ve payed for my order on online banking. I have contacted bargain max via live chat but haven’t had a response. Hoping that someone will get back to me as soon as possible to resolve this

Never arrived had a note saying it was in a bin somewhere, wasn’t in my bin or my neighbours it was supposed to be a Christmas present for my baby, put me off ordering again

I received my parcel two weeks late, it arrived with a very large box wrapped in household cellotape? There was at least eight to ten gaps in the box so three quarters of my order is missing! I have tried to contact this company who asked for pictures and has not responded to there request???? They have taken the money for these items I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, ALSO THEY ARE INCONTACTABLE???

I bought a toy for my daughter and my order was never delivered to me. on their website it says delivered but i obviously didnt receive my items. tried to contact support but that was non existent. I may have lost 40 euro but they lost a customer.

Got no emails to confirm my orders, tried and tried to reset my password but would never send the link to reset it then kept saying I tried too many times so had to wait. Now I don’t know when it’s getting delivered if it is going to be so I’m none the wiser

Hi Your order is in two deliveries they tried on Friday the 29/10 to deliver but were unable to do so we have emailed over to you the tracking so you can see where the order is . Unfortunately we are not available to answer emails on Saturdays but have replied this morning Monday the 01/11. Many thanks Bargain Max.

Pieces missimg from one toy..a slime toy with no slime!!! Also another toy seemed years old. The contents were all melted and not able to play with had to throw. Wouldn't recommend.
