“I ordered items over 2 weeks ago to be told by the delivery company that it was 2 badly damaged to be delivered so I have emailed your company to try and get the order sent again and am still waiting on a reply”

“I placed an order for a hey duggee push chair. In high hopes I thought that I'd get it with all these great reviews. But you guys went with Hermes and I still haven't got my hey duggee chair! This is for Christmas and Hermes steal as my driver has my parcel since the 7th October 2021. What can I even do? Nothing. Because I can't get hold of anyone!”

“I have ordered an item at the price quoted , paid for the item and received a receipt. I even paid for next day delivery, but i have had nothing. I have emailed customer services and nothing and have sent other emails to no avail. I have a reciept but my account shows no orders and you do not know when you are signed in or not, it all seems very dodgy. I am beginning to think this is a SCAM site so BUYERS BEWARE.”

“Hi was going to place an order but as I am in Aberdeen city you seem to think I am in the Highlands and Islands and want to apply an additional charge for delivery. There is no way I can contact you (that I can find on website). Can assure you that i regularly receive deliveries and have never been classed as H&I, I even checked maps and have not found one that agrees with you. Very disappointed”

“Bought a pre-order copy of FIFA 22, heard nothing for 2 days and then received an email saying they can't send it til next week (probably won't receive my pre-order benefits now) The website shows it as in stock, it still shows as in stock this morning! Not only that, after I checked they still state its in stock they send me an email trying to entice me to order it when they know fine well they don't have any in. The whole point of pre-ordering is to get ahead with building a team, now I'm going to miss a full week of rewards. Feel like I've been robbed. Never ordering from here again!”

Hi Unfortunately we are not responsible for this matter and Citizens advise will advise you in the same way as my colleague has . You need to contact the bank who need to release the funds. We are not able to do this or control entry of billing details on payments. We have apologised fully however we are unable to release funds we have not taken. BargainMax

“I ordered a Hot Wheels set for my Autistic Nephew for his 5th birthday that he specifically asked for as he plays with one at his special school....he wanted the one with 3 cars. The description of the set I ordered stated clearly that it contained 3 Cars.....this was not the case...only 1 ...... I was offered a return notice for a full refund but how could I tell him I didn't have his Cars. Please beware of the descriptions on this sites items....this one was clearly False......I'll not be using this site again”

“Terrible site pay for 1-2 day delivery they send you a txt on day 3 saying they finally sent your order would not have used if i knew this before.if i pay for fast delivery i expect to get it otherwise just paying the extra for no reason will not be using this site again”

“Happy with item purchased but not with BargainMax. Order item as husband sent me a link & then he would receive 10% off future orders. Tried to order something else but discount not given as both live at same address. Does not state anywhere that you have to live at a different address. Will not use again or recommend.”
