rubbish ghostbusters car, Bargainmax make returns so complicated I gave up in the end and kept the car, will not be buying from these again

Never to buy here again. Ordered an item as a gift with 3 weeks until the party. Delivery was 2 to 4 days but never arrived. Ordered on 09/05/22 says it was shipped on 12/05/22. Nothing by 18/05/22 so I contacted customer support. New order sent 19/05/22 so still time enough for it to arrive. Contacted customer support on 24/05/22 to say it still hasn’t arrived and today is 26/05/22 the day of the party. No response from customer support and no gift. Thanks BARGAIN MAX you went above and beyond for me I know where not to shop in future.

Terrible! Delivery info wrong, and box completely ripped, barely even cellotaped shut, was all hanging off the box. Wouldn't recommend or use again

Damaged goods, asked for them to exchange when I sent the other back (15 mile round trip to local hermes drop) heard noting for over 2 weeks, contacted them and they refunded me as items were now out of stock!!!!

Still waited in a refund the bike they sent me could of caused a accident they are the worst company I have dealt with they even told me to switch the wheel round I can’t belive I have waited over 3 weeks for a reply never buy from them

I only received one of the items I ordered over a month ago I have tried to chase up where the other item is and had no reply, this was a present for my daughters birthday which has now been and gone! Very disappointed.

Extremely disappointed I don’t think I would shop here again I received a broken playhouse for my sons birthday so asked for the parts to replace broken ones they did not have parts to replace so offered a partial refund I accepted but still no refund tried to ask for the refund a 3rd time and no reply

I will never ever buy from them thay charge me for Next day delivery even though I received it 5 days after I contact costumer service and they did not respond it’s a joke my advice is to avoid it

Awful experience!!!! Ordered 9 ago and paid for order and they never sent it out! Now my son will not have his birthday present on time. Customer service is awful, 5 days to reply to an email and when they finally do and admit the order was never sent they then ask if I want next day delivery, I reply straight away and 8 hours later still no reply so won’t even get the product tomorrow. Will never order from here again and urge others to not risk it either!!!

Thomas 10 inch bike. Built it one of the nuts was on so tightly we couldn't get it off. Spoilt the day and can't put stabilisers on as nut won't budge

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE!!! Absolutely appalling customer service. Spent a lot of money and chose next day delivery and did not receive my order still a week later. No matter how many times I call, no one can give me any answers as to where my order might be and are refusing me a refund until the order is delivered. Nothing short of disgusting

Ordered a fisher price bath, ordered on this site and paid more for this specific one and received a totally different bath. The bath I received is £10 cheaper than what I paid! I don’t have the time to take it back as it’s now needed for a baby. Terrible won’t be using this site again.

I ordered a dolls house it came all chipped and some of the wood was cracked this was disappointing as it was Christmas Eve I realised and when you pay 231pound you done expect it to be damaged

Terrible company WATCH OUT FOR FAKE REVIEWS !! BOUGHT A NERF GUN ITEM WAS A RETURN AND NOT WORKING. THANKS THAT WAS A CHRISTMAS PRESENT. DONT USE NOT WORTH IT.
