“Prices may be good but delivery service is terrible. The toy I purchased was sent out for delivery unpackaged and the address label was stuck on the item. I was told after complaining that they are trying to reduce packaging. This is not on their website and should be made available as an option to the customer. Very poor customer service.”

“Great prices on toys, great when you are having to buy for birthdays and Christmas as can be really expensive but the value for money really helps. Had lots of toys from here and all been great and exactly as described for cheaper prices than other retailers, thank you”

“Boxes of toys are all beaten up and torn like they’ve just been thrown around, dropped the pallet unloading and unloading or bought in an locker auction. Either that or the courier isn’t handling parcels correctly and damaging the packaging.”

“I've only given Bargain Max 3 stars as my last purchase hasn't arrived yet. It's 2 and a 1/2 weeks late and the tracking has just been updated on Friday to tell me it's coming on MONDAY 15th September, which was last Monday. It's hard to get any help, they tell you too wait, I've put in a report thing today so we will see. This is however the first problem I've had and there toys are fine and some are good prices. I have purchased quite a bit over the years and have been very happy. If my last order hadn't been messed up it would have got 4 stars.”
