“On Monday 1st September I ordered the VIRO Cafe Racer electric bike for my sons birthday that was on the Saturday and the delivery window was 2 to 4 days, I kept an eye on the delivery tracker and by the Friday there had been no update from the carrier Evri to even confirm they had received my parcel so I rang Bargain Max only to be told the parcel had been lost in transit. I was offered a refund or a replacement so be cause the price was very good i went for a replacement and this time i received an update from Evri confirming they had the parcel however up to today ( 15th September ) i still haven't received the item so again i rang customer service at Bargainmax to be told the parcel had been lost a 2nd time. This time i asked for a refund to be told that due to the fact they had swapped over to a new system that my refund will take up to 7 days, This is extremely poor service and the final insult is the delay on the refund.”

“Excellent experience shopping with BargainMax. The toy I ordered arrived safely and speedily - I ordered next day delivery on Friday and it arrived on Saturday. Different company, but I also want to recognise the Evri delivery driver who carefully hid the parcel as I wasn’t at home.”
