3 of my packages have been despatched. The 4th I’ve still had no update on. Tried contacting on various platforms. Evri is used to deliver so don’t suppose I’m going to get any of my little girls Christmas now, especially when one package hasn’t even been packed or despatched yet

Happy with the items but not happy about how a box with a £60 item wasn't sealed at all! No tape has even been put on the box so was wide open when I received it! Could easily have been stolen or damaged!

Received email acknowledging a return of goods, when goods were never delivered in the first place! Not sure about the company yet!

Ordered on the 12th September. Had 3 separate shipments received 2 but still waiting on 1 & no update has been made for the last week. Still says dispatched so not sure if I've been ripped off. Not happy.

I tried to put an order through and it said payment declined so I checked my bank and they’ve taken the money but not had no email to say it’s been ordered or anything

The product arrived, the external box was literally hanging off the product box. Both ends were open !!

Delivery was late expected it on the Tuesday for my grandsons birthday it came 2-3 days late! inflatable slide went down after 1 day! Disappointed with item and delivery

I had the feeling it was a returned item as some pieces were loose in the box, and one doll had a paint defect to the eye from the manufacturer. The price was on sale price.

Would usually give 5 stars for previous orders I’ve had from here, usually arrives within days no issues what’s so ever, but I’m still waiting on an order placed from the 2nd of December, I know the company has dispatched it to Hermes but Hermes has had it for almost 2 weeks and still haven’t delivered it which obviously isn’t bargain max fault, however I have tried to contact bargain max for nearly a week now to see if they could trace the items and have had no reply from them. I understand how busy they must be this time of year, but the items I have ordered are over £100 worth of Christmas presents for my children and I’m losing hope that they will arrive and with no money to replace them you can understand why I’m desperate for them to get in contact with me so that we can sort something out.

The item I have received was sent without the outer packaging - since it was a Christmas present this was disappointing. I am in contact with customer services at present to sort this issue out. The product was shown as having a box in the photos... but turned up just in the cardboard packaging... hard to know of anything is missing when the box is not sealed.
