Quick delivery, really good prices but unfortunately packaging is not the best, boxes arrived dented due to weak box and no bubble wrap

I've only given Bargain Max 3 stars as my last purchase hasn't arrived yet. It's 2 and a 1/2 weeks late and the tracking has just been updated on Friday to tell me it's coming on MONDAY 15th September, which was last Monday. It's hard to get any help, they tell you too wait, I've put in a report thing today so we will see. This is however the first problem I've had and there toys are fine and some are good prices. I have purchased quite a bit over the years and have been very happy. If my last order hadn't been messed up it would have got 4 stars.

Was not happy with the way I received parcel both boxes were damaged outer box and the box of the doll... as it is a gift for a 3 year old the contents will be all she will be interested in and im sure she will love it .

Issues with return and refund but was sorted eventually. They do offer items at a good price but best to make sure you will definitely want to keep the items before ordering as the returns process isn’t the best.

Would've been 2 stars had all items been damaged. One toy we got, the box was really damaged, and the train that came with the set, wasnt attached. Its still with the delivery but looks rubbish to give as a gift now

The thing came on time and wad exactly what I asked for, I just didn't need it anymore and sent back. My refund was dealt with accordingly. I had to pay for the return which was expensive but it is what it is.

Delivery box was not sealed properly. My box was open, thankfully nothing missing but items were not packaged securely. A tiny bit of brown paper in the box to protect things isn't going to do much.

I ordered this over a week in advance for my daughter's birthday. Her birthday has now passed and we still do not have the bike. As far as I'm aware it is a distribution problem, just not happy as she was looking forward to receiving this.

I ordered the wrong doll, and ordered the right one no problem with delivery of both dolls. But I am struggling to find out how to return the wrong doll!

Original order process was straight forward. However, I edited the delivery address. Evri didn't provide tracking updates for over a week. Chased via BargainMax, and was advised to allow 10 days delivery time, which was too late for the birthday. After chasing up, the parrcel was miraculously delivered next day. Think Evri had mislaid it. Ordered on 21 July, delivered 30 July. Score reflects complications with Evri. BargainMax were helpful and seemed to get the matter expedited with Evri.

Purchase easy, straight forward and efficient. Downside delivery service with Evri. Received notice of delivery an hour before delivery and was out. Read the text message they sent and requested ‘safe place’ to leave (back enclosed garden (easy access) and leave against conservatory doors. They ignored this request and left it on the open driveway for all to see. What made it worse it had been sent out Without any additional wrapping by yourselves And the pictures of the children’s House was on both sides of the manufactures box. Hence all could see what was inside. Put aside evris laziness and lack respect for customers, I was very surprised you would send out an item without additional privacy (and to protect ) wrapping.

I’d give 5 stars because I’ve ordered before and had great service but this time round not so great, ordered a gift that cost £99.99 for my daughters birthday and I’ve waited nearly 2 weeks for this and when I contacted apparently it’s been lost I’ve asked for a replacement but if it doesn’t arrive I’ll be getting a refund.

Quality on this kitchen is really poor quality mdf type so any knocking/ bending it breaks, this was a birthday present for my daughter, some of the pieces weren’t cut correctly so I have 1 piece missing as it was cut out of the other side. Really upset with this as the other reviews were good, I’m just glad I didn’t pay full price. The only party that is cute is the magnetic fridge and the accessories/ ice cube on the fridge, Would not recommend this sadly.
