I have still not received my item or a refund. This was my son’s birthday present. Evri claiming it was damaged in process but still nothing has been arranged for a replacement or refund.

Package arrived in original boxing and no brown packaging over it so delivery guy delivered it and my wee girls birthday surprise was ruined!

I ordered a parcel as a gift . And I haven’t received it. I ordered it again as I needed it for a birthday gift ( which was now late) and received that one soon after. I am still waiting for my first item to be refunded, as it was never delivered . I have emailed, and you get a generic message back saying someone will contact shortly but they haven’t.

Was excited to try these markers out but was very disappointed. Most of the markers were frayed from the top and looked like they had been in a used state which is unusual for a new box of markers.

Ordered a bike ,still no bike over a week on , bad communication it was me calling to find out ,no call backs from company , to be told delivery company lost my parcel and bargain max are now out of stock it was a 4 years birthday on the 6th who has no bike

Ordered items last week. 1 item arrived open and parts were missing, I sent photos in as proof. I asked for a replacement and was told to look on manufacturers website and find out what parts were missing. Appaling customer services. I think have since been offered 40% off if i keep a opened, damaged toy. When all i requested was a replacement for my little girl. Still waiting for my replacement and for bargain max to do their job correctly

I bought 2 bikes and only 1 arrived. The pedals on the bike would not fit into place as they had not been threaded correctly. I sent numerous pictures and msgs and was asked repeatedly to send more. I have been unable to use the bike and have ended up having to buy 2 new bikes from elsewhere. Very disappointed and left with a bike with no pedals.

I brought a kids bike a skye paw patrol one and the tightening bolts don't fit ,so my daughter can't use or ride her bike, I tired to email and get them sent out and haven't heard anything so now I want a full refund.

Sent out a different product then they advertised and the instructions where poor on the parts list it said spare parts and listed the parts needed for every variation of the product received not just the version I ordered

I had a very frustrating experience with this company. When I contacted customer service over the phone, the staff were unhelpful and lacked basic courtesy. It took a lot of time and effort on my part just to get a refund for a service/product that didn’t meet expectations. While they did eventually process the refund, there was no goodwill gesture offered to make up for the poor service — something that could have shown they value their customers and encouraged me to return. Sadly, based on this experience, I won’t be using them again and can’t recommend them to others.

Ordered a birthday present I explained this to them and was told it would be here on the Friday and the courier didn’t even receive it until the Friday I’ll never use this place again

I paid for next day delivery and didn't get the till about 4 days later. This is despite the site saying it will arrive next day.

Not happy at all! I regularly buy from you guys and this is very possibly the delivery company’s fault, but this item was never delivered and for what it was, cost quite a bit. It was for my daughter as a surprise after an operation. She has a condition which makes hers (and my) life hard and this karaoke machine was what she’s been talking about for ages. So disappointed and as a single mum, I couldn’t afford to replace it.

Have previously used bargain max and have had no issues so decided to use again. Ordered on 1/7 and still waiting for my order. It was a paddling pool which I really wanted before the heat were currently experiencing. Evri have lost it. Told them it was lost. They emailed back 3 days ago saying to wait and see while they escalate it with evri (despite it not moving from evri warehouse since 5th July) and will be in touch in 2 days. Asked for a replacement to be sent out yesterday but not heard anything more. Very disappointed and ended up buying elsewhere.
