Absolutely would not buy from here again as have no confidence in them what so ever. Got told at 16.03 on Christmas Eve my order had been lost in the post. My daughter is now 3 presents down and will be gutted tomorrow. Should have told me days ago what had happened and I could have gone out and bought from the shop. Got told I could have a refund or a replacement, refund all the way as will never buy from here again.

I have just ordered my 3rd parcel from here in the last 2 weeks. Never heard of this place before that and was dubious at first but wow this place has exceeded all expectations! The amount of money I have saved is crazy and I am talking into the £100’s here. Buying for Xmas as well as future birthday presents. As if getting quality top brands with such huge discounts isn’t enough, you get further money off codes too!! The delivery is faultless, usually 1-2 days with full tracking info and 2 hour time slots. Cherry on top for such an amazing hassle free shopping experience.

Hi, We do apologise that there was an issue with your delivery, I have looked into your order and can see that you have spoken to remember of our staff and that the issue has now been resolved. I'd never heard of this site before using but my son was adamant that he wanted a toy I could only find here. I was pleasantly surprised that the site was user-friendly, delivery was fast, and the product itself was perfect, well packaged and exactly as described. Great shopping experience.

We were trying to place a large order for our daughters 6th Birthday. Really happy with all the choice and the prices. When going through the payment the page kept crashing when trying to pay by Debit card. I logged a ticket with customer services prompted by a banner saying 20% off if you’ve experienced an issue placing an order, I expected to wait days but was lucky enough to get an email through 5 minutes later from Dan McKay. Dan was amazing, helped get us the 20% off code and made sure the payment was successful. He even wished our daughter a happy birthday! Dan if you read this you’re a credit to the company! It is terible ordered 3 items december 14th 2023 still not recived it last update we was given was be delivered on 20th december but still not recived. And it is not easy to contact to ask for support terible company do not use.

Ordered a toy on 8th November, it has still not arrived (23rd). No easy way to contact the company - phone lines are down, no live chat, no email address. Toy was a birthday present for 27th, going to have a very disappointed child.

Terrible! Delivery info wrong, and box completely ripped, barely even cellotaped shut, was all hanging off the box. Wouldn't recommend or use again

All has gone completely quiet since I received my order confirmation. Reviews saying delivery next day is not the case for me and I can't get in touch with anyone or use the order tracker as it just keeps looping back. Worried that I've lost £60 now!

Offer next day delivery but can’t fulfill order. Courier still has parcel 5 days after payment. Not offered a refund. Would recommend you avoid this company

I wouldn’t even ordered from this site! Ordered 2 items for my little boys birthday and I only got 1 . I have been contacting them but they just keep telling me different things . Like it has got lost in the post! A very unhappy customer!

Not great service at all. I ordered on the 6th of April for next day delivery it didn’t arrive so I contacted them and they said it should be with me in 24hours but in the meantime they refunded my delivery. 8th came and still nothing and I contacted them again for them to say I had to wait a further 48hours for Hermes to let them know what’s happened with my parcel. Now 48hours have passed and had no communication with bargain max to tell me what’s happening and still no item. I’m very disappointed and will not be buying from here again. Customer service was nice to begin with but after the second time of speaking with them they was not helpful at all. I would not suggest purchasing from them if you expect your items next day. I know it’s difficult times for everyone right now but I feel they should not offer a service of next day delivery if they can not commit to it. I’m now waiting for a reply to my emails to get a refund

Item not received. Two weeks in transit then Hermes admit its lost. BargainMax insisted on waiting for dialogue with Hermes BEFORE issuing a refund despite Hermes emailing to say item lost. Polite emails from BM but some offer of compensation should have been offered for inconvenience.

Ordered hatchimals, says delivered was not as was at work, contacted bargain max, was told by Alex was not entitled to another or a refund, even though the parcel was left unattended on my door step, rubbish customer service and delivery by Hermes rubbish, Joseph the delivery guy just leaves it, avoid and save your money and go elsewhere.
