I am still waiting for a reply email to many emails I’ve sent after receiving a parcel that has an item missing. I can see from other reviews that it’s more than likely because they choose evri/Hermes as their courier and they are the worst! I hope to receive a email back soon!

I seriously hope Bargainmax takes a look at the courier it uses, as Evri puts me off ordering from yourselves. My parcels either turn up damaged or don't turn up at all.

I brought an electric scooter for my granddaughter birthday in November and it broke within 2 months I have tried sending messages but had no reply and not happy with the item should last longer them 2months

Not happy my daughter Barbie house hasn't come but got another's person gift for sumbody in Glasgow.so got loads of dolls and no house for them and cnt get thru to bargain max

After purchasing Xmas presents and receiving them boxed up with flimsy cellotape it appears one item was missing. Completed a form on the website and not had a response or refund. Very disappointed.

Placed order and only 1 shipment arrived: spent a week chasing it to be told it’s lost. Then told order would be dispatched that day and here within 72 hours. I am still awaiting confirmation and tracking numbers for them. No phone number to speak to a person just email with slow response. This was ordered in November to ensure Christmas delivery.

I ordered a item for my daughters birthday with enough time for delivery everything was going smoothly until my order was supposed to be delivered but wasn’t and tracking wasn’t helpful at all. I first spoke to a lady who was patronising and rude, I asked for someone above her, for her to tell me there wasn’t anyone. After a few moments I was then put through to a gentleman who dealt with everything how he should with no attitude or patronisation. I was reassured my item would be there as it was at my local depo I’m glad I did worry and ordered from the entertainer. I was then told I could keep the item if it arrived which it did 2 weeks later. I’ll never buy from bargain max again. The stress wasn’t necessary along with the attitude from the First Lady I spoke to.

Order took a long time to get here and it was on next day delivery spoke to gents twice and they were so helpful in fact couldn’t of asked for better service , sadly the female I spoke to on the Friday really was a rude , obnoxious little upstart . Telling me they had been kind enough to refund my postage ( in a totally obnoxious rude manner ) when legally they had too as it hasn’t arrived on next day wasn’t helpful , she needs to either go get a new job not near humans or maybe ask the boys to show you how to fo the job properly ..

Ordered a birthday gift with standard delivery expecting it with 2-4 working days, however this did not arrive. I contacted customer service only to be informed it ‘appears to be lost’. First time buying and very disappointed. Wish I have read reviews prior as can see delivery appears to be a common issue.

The scooter is poorly put together. Loud and very slow. The wheels arnt straight. Cuts out while in use.

I returned the product as it was too small for my child. I returned via Royal Mail recorded which required a signature. When I had not received a refund after two weeks I contacted them. They said they hadn’t received anything despite it showed on the tracking that they not only DID receive it b it even signed it. Only then they were willing to refund. Funny business. Can not recommend.

Disappointed .I Brought for my Grandson's 1st Birthday, as a ball pool. He was playing then he was able to get out by pushing it over. I was shocked. I corrected it & he went back in. He then lifted it, in a fashion and crawled out. I couldn't ever leave him for a second. Really Disappointed.
