Boxes of toys are all beaten up and torn like they’ve just been thrown around, dropped the pallet unloading and unloading or bought in an locker auction. Either that or the courier isn’t handling parcels correctly and damaging the packaging.

Toys were cheap, cheerful and in good condition. If you are buying make sure it is not a gift and you do not need to make a return as they make it difficult for you. Plus you need to have the money to return large items which could be minimum £100 depending on how heavy the item is.

Nice array of goods at good prices but communication is absolutely awful and this reason alone would deter me from using this company again which is a shame. If there were any problems I would want to know I could contact you which seems pretty impossible from my experience.

Great toys and great prices but every box was damaged and very very dusty which is a shame as they were suppost to be presents

Ordered 3 items and only 1 turned up. Items were sent out separately which is fine but I am still waiting on a refund for the goods I haven’t received, the tracking clearly shows on evri the goods were returned to sender.

Brought backpack which was poor quality so I sent it back at my own cost. Haven’t received confirmation email or refund. Not sure will I get my money back.

Sent out order quickly, but one of the items was wrong. They really tried to get me to sign to say I had not received the goods so they could claim back from evri I assume. Took a while for them to admit they had actually sent the wrong items, assured me the warehouse checked orders etc. They wanted proof of item received dispite them sending me the photos evri provided of blatantly the wrong box! When they did they did however realise it was their mistake they did send the correct item, so much for next day delivery though

Not overly impressed, no customer service contact as to the where the parcel was in transit, when it had shipped etc! Will i use again? Probably not.

The products were satisfactory, however, the delivery timeframe of nearly two weeks was detrimental as the items were intended for a birthday celebration.

Product its self is perfect but you used evri who failed to deliver on the Thursday. Re secluded for Friday. Friday waited never came and weather turned bad so couldn’t use it. The. Delivered Saturday late so used it bank holiday Monday but weather still was cold. Use a better courier!

Item itself was fine. But it was described as a 4 pack, but only 1 figure was sent. Daughter was very disappointed as had spent all her pocket money believing she was getting '4x figures'.

Ordered 7 days before my sons birthday and toy never arrived, followed tracking which basically kept saying it is coming oh no it's not oh yes it is. Eventually it sa8d contact bargain max so I did they offered me an exchange or refund but there was no time for an exchange to arrive . So I opted for a refund to try and get next day delivery elsewhere. The only place I could find it was amazon for 7 pounds more expensive. So purchased it as desperate only to look at the seller and see that it was BARGAIN MAX. Not impressed at all.
