“Ordered a ghost buster gun for my daughter. 2 confirmations came through and charged twice. Emailed straight away to advise only need one. Reply a day later saying already processed and can’t be changed (despite their error) and that I had to go to the inconvenience of returning it at my expense. Do not use”
