“I ordered 2 of the same items and only one showed up - then when I called to track the other the member of staff said I’d only ordered one when I had proof I ordered 2 the member of staff was rude and argumentative. Finally I spoke to someone else and they said they could see I ordered 2 and they would send another- when I then got the item half was missing - so I called again to have another rude member of staff not understand- I did finally get a refund that didn’t help as one of my daughters missed out .”
