“Was not happy with the way I received parcel both boxes were damaged outer box and the box of the doll... as it is a gift for a 3 year old the contents will be all she will be interested in and im sure she will love it .”

“Issues with return and refund but was sorted eventually. They do offer items at a good price but best to make sure you will definitely want to keep the items before ordering as the returns process isn’t the best.”
