“Although the delivery was on time for Christmas, the product was flimsy; constantly falling over when my daughter tried to put the play doh in the compartments. Waste of money unfortunately. Both times I've purchased from Bargain Max, the product quality is severely under par”

“Bought as an Xmas present for my granddaughter. When she opened it on Xmas day all of the instructions were in Chinese! Had to go online to try and find some instructions in English.”

“Always check prices, sometimes find things that are big in high street shops and often at a cheaper price. All items have been as expected but one item on my recent order came in a sticker damaged packaging which was disappointing as it was a Christmas present. I’m hoping it was a one off”

“First item ordered no confirmation reordered item all went through great. Until I noticed double the amount was taken from my account. The item had gone through twice, I tried to cancel the item but apparently it was too late Ive tried to return the item with conflicting advice first I was told it would be free of charge collection by Yodel but not on a day which was convenient tried to change day to be told I would get an email confirming this which I did not. Then I was told by another advisor that I shouldn't of been told this and I needed to arrange the return myself despite having emails and WhatsApp messages contradicting this. I have boxed item up to send back myself. Customer service helpful but confusing and conflicting.”
