“Do not use, pay for next day delivery and they don’t deliver nor pay back the charge. No one in their ‘customer services’ team comes back to you or anything. Don’t waste your money. I’m claiming back through PayPal”

“Will not be using this company again order my 5 month old a fisher price sit me up chair paid next day delivery came 3 days after then to put it together to find the tray missing from the front of it all box damaged aswell 2 marks on the seat also sent over 6 emails getting nowhere with them won’t be recommending or using again very disappointed!”

“I bought a trampoline for my sons birthday opened it the night before to find it’s cable was snapped and the bars seemed bent instructions were missing step 2-6 and now I’ve sent 5 emails and not had one reply as to make a return terrible”

Hi Catriona, I do apologise that you have received a faulty item, I have passed this on to our customer service team and someone will contact you regarding a refund or a replacement. We also apologise for the delay in getting back to you, when you contact us you will receive an automated message advising that we currently have a 24hr turn around for response times, and each new message sent will be put as a new request in the queue, this has now been looked at by our IT team and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. “Unfortunately, placed an order on 24/07/22 for two toys, received one of them and still have not received the other. I have not been contacted or notified of any issues. Spoke to customer services today who will now send another one out, lets hope it arrives as my little girl has been quite upset.”

“Though price was okay, customer service was terrible and would take ages to get back to you and my package was lost for over a week and they didn’t even do what they said they’d do *shrug* They also didn’t apologise, it was glazed over and sort of ignored. This could be a great company if they had better customer service and easier ways to contact e.g whatsapp business or via phone”

“Unfortunately my order that should have arrived 2 days ago now won’t arrive in time. So I’ve had to purchase the items elsewhere (birthday presents) and will be refusing the delivery if it ever turns up. Using Evri/Hermes as the courier has cost bargain max my order.”
