not received after 9 days, emailed seller and no response. have also tried ringing but just days line is being fixed by the end of the week. now having to contact my bank.

After shopping with Bargainmax for many years and never having a problem i find it hard to give them 1 star but unfortunatly the service that is now being provided falls well short of a good company. I ordered a lego set for my daughters birthdays which i thought would be really nice. I understood there would be a delay as it seems Bargainmax seem to be having a few problems but after previous exeperiances i thought it would be ok. They dispatched it within about a week and then it started to go wrong. Evri got the parcel and was going through their systems then it got stuck at the delivery depot and has been there for a week now with the tracking saying that it is ready for delivery but since last week has not moved. Now this is where Bargainmax fail. I have been trying to contact them for the past 4 days to have them chase the delivery and find out what has happened. There phone lines are not working, they do not answer emails and they do not respond to questions via their website. I can not understand how any company can contiune without any customer service. As i can not rely on this companies ability to answer when things go wrong i will no longer shop with them.

Placed an order 22nd September had nothing, tried calling phone lines are down emailed and messaged via Facebook nothing wanted to know if my order was going to arrive, my sons birthday is a week away and starting to worry

Please don’t tell me one more time the order has been delivered it hasn’t, just because your customer service advisor says it has it doesn’t make it so :-( I have previously had good experiences with bargain max but unfortunately this time they split an order into two shipments delivered a smaller package and failed to deliver the rest of the order and now owe me approx £100 worth of items for the remaining shipment, customer service via email after originally saying it had been delivered (I had evidence to the contrary) said they could refund or resend on a 24 hour service I stupidly picked resend and the items have still not arrived. Having left it a few days I asked for a refund to which I then again received a reply saying I see the order has now been delivered (it has not) so I have now asked again for an refund, it has been over a month since the items should have been delivered. I have tried to call them but conveniently their phone lines are having “technical issues”. The excuse for the failed delivery was to lie blame with the delivery company however I have been tracking the order with them and they have been expecting the item but never received it. I am trying to keep calm about the money which is for my children’s Christmas presents (I shop early to save money oh the irony). It seems looking at reviews I am not alone in this issue. I now have everything crossed I can get a refund and will have to look elsewhere for my items.

Hi, i placed an order on the 26th of September, it said complete on the 28th and tracking just says were expecting your parcel. I havr received no despatch email. I have sent a couple of emails over the past two days and no one has replied. The phone lines have technical issues and I have also messaged on instagram and they said someone would contact me in 24hrs it has passed this timeframe. My husband placed an order the day after me and that turned up today. I would just like to know what is going on with my order. Thank you

Really bad customer service...I placed my order on the 18th September 2022 and its now the 4th October 2022 and still haven't received my parcel but were quick enough 2 take my money....u can't talk 2 a human as fone lines have been unavailable...emailing is a joke

Hi Nina, I can see that you messaged on the 30th of September and that you were responded to on the 30th by a customer service rep who resolved your issue by sending out a replacement item. Order placed on the 18th September 22 it is now the 3rd October 22 and I still haven't received it! My Niece won't getting this as a birthday present now. Order well in advance.

Hi Kim, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, a customer service rep has contacted you via email, after contacting our courier the package appears to have been lost in their network so a new item has been sent out today for delivery tomorrow. I have ordered from here a couple of times and my last order I had sometimes I had an LOL Color change surprise that’s not returned and I had a Peppa Pig time not got that and I had an LOL surprise And the box was open

Order item on 13th Sep its 26th Sep and still no order. I chased today and they said it's left their dep today. No communication and no contact number. AVOID COMPANY

Ordered on the 17th no communication as to when will be delivered. Not an email to say ordered or anything, can’t ring as phone number not working. Emails sent heard nothing absolutely appalling, won’t be shopping here again

Took far too long for order to arrive then when it did BargainMax had sent wrong item. No reply from customer services about the problem. Very very poor! Will definitely not use BargainMax again in future.

Placed an order worth£88… said order didn’t go thru as payment declined… checked my online banking immediately and the full amount had been taken but no email or any type of confirmation to say order had processed. I have submitted a query and still waiting for a response a week later… tried phone number and got a message saying they had a technical fault with the line. Currently 2 birthday presents missing and £88 down

I put the order in on the14th it is now the 20th and it is till on ordered It is a present for my granddaughter and is need for Friday hopefully it will arrive I can't call as your phone is out of order.

Hello, All our delivery times are currently set to 8 working days, this is on the order confirmation that you would of received when placing the order, so an order placed on the 14th may not arrive till the 27th. Thank you

Ordered on Tuesday still by Sunday it’s not been put out for delivery! That’s nearly a week! Ridiculous service!

I've used these before and had no issue however this time around I was appalled with the state my daughters present arrived in! Yet to hear back from them with how they intend to resolve this. Going to have a disappointed daughter in two days when she doesn't have a cry baby to open as I cannot give her something covered in dirt! I do not understand how they thought they'd get away with sending this to me! Put me off ordering again which is a shame as I had other things in my basket to order.

Abolsute rubbish, firat order didn't arrive so I questioned and was told they would send another one next day delivery, after 10 days that was list too and I had to get a refund. Won't order again
