“Bargain Max sent my order on time and in perfect condition as well having having a great selection of products with great prices, however, the lack of a order confirmation email stating the estimated time of delivery would have helped reassure me that my order had acknowledged and was being dealt with especially as this was my first order.”

“Advice on delivery was good but unfortunately the package was delivered while I was not at home and left open to the elements and the outer packaging was soaking wet therefore the gift had to be dried out!”

“Meccano was fine. However, choice of courier was poor. I have never had a good experience from Hermes. Even after requesting express delivery, the item arrived so late that I had to post it on at further cost, as it did not arrive in time for my visitors who had travelled to me to exchange presents.”

“This is very difficult. Service/product really really good and great price but the site kept crashing every minute. Tried two separate computers and the same. Would have been ordering much much more if I could have had any stability - just gave up. Hopefully just a problem with me.”

“I would have given a four or five star review as they seem like a decent enough company - a decent range of products, good prices and quick delivery - but they let themselves down by send four spam emails per day in the run-up to Black Friday. One email per week is optimal, one per day I can live with, but four per day is downright annoying.”

“It delivered before time which was brilliant in one respect but in another respect it was lucky my son was in to received the parcel. I answered the welcome email you sent because I was shocked my password was written out for any hacker to see. I have had to change my password on everything now. I think it was very unprofessional of BargainMax to do that.”

“Bought Meccano Robot, pieces missing, phoned and told to send phots etc to named person at Bargainmax and after 2 emails still no response from this person. Dissapointed 14 year old boy who cannot finish builidng robot due to missing pieces. Would have expected better customer service.”

“Good toys but found baby Annabell doll cheaper somewhere else after buying from bargain max and although my large order qualified for free next day delivery, it was still sent standard. They also had issues with the accounts on their site which made tracking my order difficult”

“Good price for you...but not good customer service. Paid for next day delivery to arrive Friday. Got it Monday. Later advised next day not possible for my area but still charged for it. I could have bought another toy for the cost of the delivery and received free postage and probably would have arrived same time.”
