“The Disney Princess Guess Who I ordered arrived quickly, however, it was advertised as £15.99 but came up as £17.99 when I came to pay, and I had to chase my first order discount too”

“My order I placed had got lost then the item went out of stock so couldn't get another one. I was disappointed however the customer service was excellent and refund Was processed straight away which was good.”

“No problem with Bargainmax goods were well packed which is just as well as Hermes delivery guy just dropped it over fence into a puddle luckily the advent calendar was plasti wrapped so no damage,son was over moon with hotwheels calender so sorry about 3 stars Bargainmax.”

“Order came in a timely manner, fairly well packaged, although there was a considerable dent in the box, it doesn’t seem to have damaged the toy. I was disappointed to find, in my enthusiasm to buy the product, I could have bought it for £15 less from Smyth’s so ... not living up to your name as ‘Bargain’”

“Great price for a toy id seen elsewhere for almost double the price. Fast delivery, but very annoyed by the quality of the packaging. It arrived very bashed and box broken, so slightly disappointed as it is a christmas present,and looks like its fell off the back of a van a few times!”

“Bought it for my son, battery finished in 2 days. Replaced with few different brands of batteries but still not working. He was so happy and excited for his dino phone being a dinosaur fan... Now I have to find another dino phone for him.”

“I had paid extra to have the delivery in time for my Goddaughters birthday, however, it became apparent the day before that it was not going to arrive on time, when I called customer services they offered me a refund on the delivery but the item didn't actually arrive until 3 days after it was due to which was frustrating as we had nothing to give her on the day. It was only because I was tracking the package that I realised it wasn't going to arrive when it was meant to as otherwise I would not have known so I think communication could be better. The item itself was good quality so that was good though and it was a hard item to get.”

“Bargain Max sent my order on time and in perfect condition as well having having a great selection of products with great prices, however, the lack of a order confirmation email stating the estimated time of delivery would have helped reassure me that my order had acknowledged and was being dealt with especially as this was my first order.”

“Advice on delivery was good but unfortunately the package was delivered while I was not at home and left open to the elements and the outer packaging was soaking wet therefore the gift had to be dried out!”
