“My parcel came in a good time but 2 of my items were dented in the box they are gifts and can’t really give them as gifts as the boxes are dented and bashed”

“All the items came on time. Good value. Only criticism is that one item arrived damaged and although I emailed Bargain Max I have had no reply and this was a birthday present.”

“Placed an order using credit card. The payment went through but the order went back to cart unchanged. Didn't get any ordernumber or something of the sort. Asked for refund through CC company and their service (which are now pending). Re-placed order through paypal checkout. Did get ordernumber but again no order email (although this order did get in my account). Still waiting for the delivery etc. so I'm not sure what will happen now. Will adjust my review according to resolution (if I can?) Says on here they also have live chat and telephone. Tried calling the phone number on this page (not on bargain max' own page) but its a completely different company?”

“Good value item, however unfortunately the items were damaged in transit. The outer box was crushed on one corner, crushing the corner of the item’s box and the crackers within. This was a shame because the service, free postage and value of the item was really good. This is perhaps more the fault of the courier than BargainMax.”

“Quick and easy order and delivery. Only complaint is that the modeling clay in the board game was too dry and crumbled so we weren’t able to play the game until we found something at home to replace it.”

“It was fast delivery but one of the things i orderd was open and one of the things in that box was missing. The experiment box missed some glow in the dark powder. But it was really good prices compared to sweden.”

“I wouldn’t order from there again on the bases I’ve spent a certain amount to get next day delivery and have to wait another day because the courier couldn’t fit it in his car!”

“Products are very good and I’ve ordered before and never had a problem. Also the store staff (Basildon) are very nice and always helpful. 3 stars because I ordered 4 Hot Wheels Story cars and before I was due to collect I received an email saying that the Woody one was now not available even though it was when I ordered. Received a refund straight away however, I only ordered as I could get all the cars my son wanted together, if I had known that part of my order was to be retracted then I would have driven to another store where I would have been able to get them all.”

“Product itself was good -just as it's described. Quality is good. One happy daughter. Disappointed with delivery service, i done next day delivery (and yes before its cut off time) still came a day later; customer service was not very professional regards it! Otherwise an exceptional service.”

“Item is lovely but disappointed that a label was stuck to the plastic on front of box which was a returns label so I had to try and get all the sticky stuff off the plastic as this is a present. Also the box the doll is in was slightly ripped so I have had to place sellotape over it. This isn't ideal as this is for a present.”

“Value for money is brilliant and website easy to use. However I wasn't happy with the delivery it came when it should have however hermes decided it was acceptable to throw my parcel over my six foot fence into the garden which they couldn't see so it could have landed anywhere. Box itself was damaged but unsure of the items as they are a gift. Reported to customer service and not very much help. Doubt I'd use again whilst hermes is the delivery company”

“They arrived. The watch broke on the same day and the pokeman ball set, the tail broke off the pokemon toy within twenty minutes, not happy as they were a gift”

“No problem with the product, but the delivery company took far too long and left a non-delivery card (six days after order) rather than in safe shed or with neighbours. Guess the carriers must be under tremendous pressure from their employers.”
