“Bargain Max would of got a higher score if the packaging had been better. Bought two Xeno monsters for Christmas presents, the price was extremely good couldn't find cheaper anywhere. However, they arrived in just a bag with a little bubble wrap protecting them. One of the 'monsters' arrived ok, however the other one's packaging was very badly ripped and bashed about. Not ideal for a present.”

“Great price found on Troll styling head doll. Cheapest found online or inshore. Disappointed that when it arrived plastic down side of box was ripped and as there is no free return we have to give this as a present. Still a good price.”

“I was very happy with the speed of your delivery, but unfortunately very disappointed with the condition it arrived in, the box was very damaged and there was lots of sellotape over the opening, it looked like it had been opened and resealed several times. I have checked inside and it doesn't look damaged, but as this is a Christmas present for my granddaughter I was disappointed.”

“Well goods were okay, but trying to order online was a nightmare. Order never went through after many attempts so I had to phone the order in. If I want anything else and it wont go through online I will shop elsewhere.”

“This was s very prompt service with reasonably priced goods but the goods did not arrive in good condition as the packaging was extremely battered. This was extremely inconvenient as they were gifts for other people.”

“We received the balance bike promptly but unfortunately it appears we weren't the first customer to get it. The bike had obviously been returned by a previous customer as the stickers had already been stuck on (and not very well) and the bike re-packed (again not very well). Having said that, the bike seems to be in good order and reasonably priced.”

“I received the Rubix race game. Although the the game arrived on time the packaging was damaged and the box itself was damaged with a hole in it. Fortunately the game was not damaged inside. As this was a game to play at home it wasn't too much of a problem but if it had been for a gift I would not have been happy to give it as a present as the box was damaged.”

“Excellent website and seller BUT their use of UKmail as a delivery service lets them down or should I say UK Mail lists them down. Should consider changing their delivery service and would defienkty buy from them again. We didn't receive our product but BargainMax gave us our money back very promptly and were great about the issues so thank you very much.”
