“My wife ordered a toy filled advent calendar as a present. Didn't arrive until 6th December. I appreciate high order volumes at this period but if it was unable to be delivered in time it should have been stated when ordering and she could have got it from somewhere else.”

“I ordered two of the same item, was charged for both but only one was delivered. After waiting the weekend to speak to them, as they hadn't responded to my email from the Friday night, I promptly received a refund for the second item.”

“I have already done a review. Slow to despatch and delivery by Hermes terrible. Left on doorstep, poorly packed and their website tracking section said it was left in a secure porch which does not exist.”

“I ordered rescue bots fire station, received a despatch invoice stating a fire station. I received a garage instead. When I complained about receiving wrong item, was asked 1) to send pictures , 2) my invoice. After various emails stating i had got what I ordered, there was no such thing as a fire station (despite it being on your invoice) and if I wanted to return it I would have to pay postage. Not happy, very poor customer service”

“I’m please with the price compared to most retailers, but unfortunately I am worried about the authentication/standards of the item due to the Chinese/Japanese packing. This also meant I was unable to read the instructions in order to build the product. For this reason, I will most likely not purchase any further items from this retailer and pay more for the English version.”

“The brown box they arrived in was open, it hadn’t been fastened with tape or anything else. The driver said he received it like that. The hatchimal boxes didn’t look like they had been tampered with, so I emailed you to say if on Christmas Day there was something wrong with them would you refund me or send me more. Nobody bothered to reply. I decided to take a risk and keep them as I would have had to ask somebody to do it for me. Poor customer service.”

“I bought this toy as a gift. I don't know what the toy itself is like, but the box is very flimsy and will probably break soon. I assume the contents are the same quality. A bargain is not worth buying if the quality is poor. Very disappointing.”

“Delivery time was stated incorrect which meant my son did not receive his main gift on his birthday. Bargain max stated was due to issue with courier over the bank holiday weekend and refunded my shipping costs but I did not feel this was adequate.”

“I made an original error on my order. Having realised the fact I re-ordered and put a note on your comment window explaining the problem and asking you to cancel the original order and refund my money. Your comment window gave an automatic reply saying that you would respond as soon as possible. I received no reply and the order went through twice, has been delivered twice and I have paid twice. I was very disappointed to receive no reply to my message. I suspect that the window inviting comments is a spam.”

“Paid extra for next day delivery for game I wanted to take on holiday and it didn't arrive for 5 days! I had already gone away by then. Very disappointed especially as I paid more than I needed too!!”
