The item was incorrect. I ordered a Minecraft Steve in diamond armour and received a standard Steve.

My first order went missing, I called to chase it & asked for it to be re sent! The order was confirmed back to me & I was told it would be with me 2-4 working days... I chased the order 5 days later to be told it hadn't been sent as I hadn't confirmed it! At this point I was told it would definately be sent & the gent apologised. I finally receive my order after 15 days but one of the boxes has been opened.. It's the first time I've used this website & don't feel impressed with the service. I would try them again & hope that next time the service is better.

Dear Sir/madam, Reason for the rating is the box the product came in was appalling. It seemed like the product was a used return, no packaging inside the box to keep the product stable and then selotaped in such an unprofessional manner. Not fit to give us a gift at all. My daughter was disappointed when she was given the gift as she thought I purchased it from some charity shop/market stall. I await your thoughts on this and feedback. Kind Regards Mr Atwal.

The products were in themselves good value - however badly packed and damaged a gift by ramming it in the box.

Hi. As a new customer I placed an order via the website for the first time for my 8 year old son’s birthday a week later. However, when I got to the payment page the current voucher code advertised did not work. I tried the online chat but got a message stating there were no agents online and the same was true when I phoned. I contacted them via their support link explaining the issue and that I was placing my order in good faith that they would honour the 10% discount advertised and requested they contacted me. Both the order confirmation email & the automated email relating to my message (via their support link) I received was garbled. However, I heard nothing back so I phoned and left another message for someone to call me back. Again, no response was received from them. The full amount was charged to my card and to make matters worse, the items did not even arrive in time for my son’s birthday. To date I have had no response from them. Not the best first impression to make on a new customer in terms of service which is a pity as I would have liked to have recommended them to others and kept ordering from them in the future but will now be thinking twice about doing so. This was my first order. The wrong item was delivered. I was told that the correct item would be sent first class on Monday 1st December. At the time of writing, Thursday 4th December, correct item still hasn't arrived.

The items were delivered very quickly indeed! However the packaging of the parcel was appalling! It was so badly wrapped that half the box was not sealed at all so theft of the items could nothave been easier!

I was very disappointed with the lack of communication from BargainMax. I never received an email from you confirming purchase or dispatch. I contacted your support email asking what was happening and advising that I needed the goods to be delivered by 5/9 but again never heard anything back. Yet, you managed to send me a request for feedback so obviously are able to get in touch. I would not be inclined to buy from your online store again because of this.

Hi Angela, You placed your order on Wednesday afternoon, This was dispatched on Thursday and arrived with you today as you mentioned in your review. Our website states that Royal Mail 2nd Class, whilst sometimes it can arrive within 3 working days, it is expected to arrive between 5 - 10 working days. Your order arrived after 5 working days. We do provide a faster delivery option if chosen by the customer. Whilst at BargainMax we are always open to positive criticism and will always look to improve on it, we dont like to see negative feedback on our review site unfairly. In light of my explanation it would be greatly appreciated if you could alter your rating as a negative rating can seriously impact the reputation of our company. Thank You for your time.
