Sorry, but I ordered with guaranteed Xmas delivery..and my order didn't turn up til the 27th... The items ordered were for friends that were visiting me for Xmas...and have now returned to ITALY without gifts, meaning that I now have to pay extra postage etc to get them delivered in ITALY!! Very very disappointing...

Quite disappointed, this is my 4th time ordering from this site. First three orders turned up super fast however this time they have used yodel. I have been waiting since Monday for them to deliver. I now have to go to yodel to see if I can collect my daughter Xmas present. I have reached out to yourselves but no one has even contacted me back. Let’s just hope I can get this present tomorrow

I should have had a delivery on friday 3rd December as they said it would be delivered between 11 and 2. This was a present for my granddaughter's birthday but did not receive it. On Monday after calling 3 different phone numbers I got a promise to say it will be delivered Tuesday and it was but too late for my granddaughter's birthday

Some good bargains on this site however the Parcels that I ordered have still not arrived …. It said 2-4 days delivery I’ve been waiting since the 25th November and still not received nothing ….. so not really a great review from me

I am disappointed that the item in purchased came in a box that had been retaped and looked second hand. I have not opened it as it is a Christmas present. Shocking that it came this way. I would certainly of sent it back but due to work commitments I have not had time. Bargain max need to take a look at how they send items to customers

Bought an item and a Christmas present. Item was not sent in a box, just the product packaging and was left in the porch door. Kids came, saw present in full view. Surprise ruined.

Purchased the Decotime twin markers but when I had taken them out to do a colour swatch some of the ink had dried up, couldnt return them as I had binned the packaging. To then see a week later that they had updated the boxes so I must of had old stock. Otherwise the markers are fab!

My parcel arrived damaged. It's still under warranty but when I went to order a replacement item it directed me to a payment method. I've emailed the customer service team but yet to receive a response

I am still waiting for a reply email to many emails I’ve sent after receiving a parcel that has an item missing. I can see from other reviews that it’s more than likely because they choose evri/Hermes as their courier and they are the worst! I hope to receive a email back soon!

I seriously hope Bargainmax takes a look at the courier it uses, as Evri puts me off ordering from yourselves. My parcels either turn up damaged or don't turn up at all.

I brought an electric scooter for my granddaughter birthday in November and it broke within 2 months I have tried sending messages but had no reply and not happy with the item should last longer them 2months

After purchasing Xmas presents and receiving them boxed up with flimsy cellotape it appears one item was missing. Completed a form on the website and not had a response or refund. Very disappointed.

Placed order and only 1 shipment arrived: spent a week chasing it to be told it’s lost. Then told order would be dispatched that day and here within 72 hours. I am still awaiting confirmation and tracking numbers for them. No phone number to speak to a person just email with slow response. This was ordered in November to ensure Christmas delivery.

I ordered a item for my daughters birthday with enough time for delivery everything was going smoothly until my order was supposed to be delivered but wasn’t and tracking wasn’t helpful at all. I first spoke to a lady who was patronising and rude, I asked for someone above her, for her to tell me there wasn’t anyone. After a few moments I was then put through to a gentleman who dealt with everything how he should with no attitude or patronisation. I was reassured my item would be there as it was at my local depo I’m glad I did worry and ordered from the entertainer. I was then told I could keep the item if it arrived which it did 2 weeks later. I’ll never buy from bargain max again. The stress wasn’t necessary along with the attitude from the First Lady I spoke to.
