Good value and fast delivery but disappointed when I realised the packaging was all in foreign. Not ideal when your giving the item as a gift. Also the box was fairly scruffy as if it had been damp.

The delivery was not straight forward It got missed and aI had to chase it up for a long time I think the parcel went to the bottom of the couriers transport I needed them for a party for my grand children I had to get a second set!!!!

I returned my goods as they were not up to standard. However I was in a fluster to post them and returned them to an address on the train track and not , possibly, the address on the returns section. I've been in touch with bargainmax but they dont know where it is and so I have not received any money back. Not their mistake but I feel they could have been a little more helpful

Recieved my item on time however the box for the toy was all damages. As it was a birthday present I did not have time to send it back for a replacement.

Very disappointed in the delivery service used by bargainmax. My children’s Christmas presents did not arrive until the 27th December even though they were ordered in advance with guaranteed delivery before Christmas. I made calls and sent numerous emails trying to resolve this which was very frustrating. Hermes are a dreadful delivery service and also lie about attempted deliveries. If you want to avoid other upset customers then I would suggest you change to another more professional service immediately

I am so disappointed by my recent purchase from bargain max. On the rainiest day my parcel was left outside the box was ruined and I had no way of reading the return instructions. I have emailed and emailed with no avail to ask how I can return my items.

ordered a football net for my grandsonon 5/11/18 paid via paypal. The delivery address was given as c/o wilco stores?? not my home address. after tracking.. my item was "returned to sender" ie. Bargain max. when i emailed to asked what the confusion was and included my home address (where it should of been originally delivered.. i received an email again after a couple of days asking me to provide a delivery address. which i then did as my home address for the 3rd time in total. Then received an email it was to be delivered via dpd. i waited... after a couple of days i received another email saying " sorry item now out of stock and refund been returned to paypal" . 15 days from originally ordering i have now football net and no refund as yet!! after reading previous reviews of so called HAPPY CUSTOMERS...VERY DISAPOINTED!!

Purchased 2 items from here, one item(robofish) was damaged and didn't work at all, so that was a waste of money. The other item was a pony castle, and kids play with it so that was fine.

Item ordered, advised on its way, only to be told a week later item lost in transit. Would I like a refund or replacement. Requested replacement to be told now out of stock. Not good as item for a birthday present.

One of the 2 items we ordered was wrong - even though the correct item was listed on the invoice. As this was a gift there was no time to exchange so I bought the item elsewhere.

The delivery of the toys was very unsatisfactory. I chose the next day delivery (before 12pm), apparently this was the option of delivery on 26th December according to website. This was main reason I chose Bargain max above other choices. Toys did not come till 29th. If I was informed on checkout that this was not possible, I would not paid the extra. On day of delivery, box was dumped in the bin and I saw that DSD delivery man was driving off! He did not knock on the door. On record, it states that I signed for box . This is simply not true. I will not be using Bargain max again. Cheaper toys but you pay more somehow.

Ordered on the 21st of December as the web site said delivery would be before Christmas, delivery was not until the 27th so my son missed a present. Emailed them and got a mail back which basically said tough, I ordered after the pre-Christmas delivery window closed. Web site did not say that and accepted my order and I paid extra for next day delivery Will not use them again - appalling service.
