“Package arrived in original boxing and no brown packaging over it so delivery guy delivered it and my wee girls birthday surprise was ruined!”

“I ordered a parcel as a gift . And I haven’t received it. I ordered it again as I needed it for a birthday gift ( which was now late) and received that one soon after. I am still waiting for my first item to be refunded, as it was never delivered . I have emailed, and you get a generic message back saying someone will contact shortly but they haven’t.”

“Was excited to try these markers out but was very disappointed. Most of the markers were frayed from the top and looked like they had been in a used state which is unusual for a new box of markers.”
