“I bought 2 bikes and only 1 arrived. The pedals on the bike would not fit into place as they had not been threaded correctly. I sent numerous pictures and msgs and was asked repeatedly to send more. I have been unable to use the bike and have ended up having to buy 2 new bikes from elsewhere. Very disappointed and left with a bike with no pedals.”
