“My parcel al has been attempted to be delivered 3 times now, gift for my grandsons birthday- which has now gone. Just want a refund tbh. Company not communicating with couriers (EVRI) to see what’s going on as I can’t on my end only the sender can.”

“Delivery box was not sealed properly. My box was open, thankfully nothing missing but items were not packaged securely. A tiny bit of brown paper in the box to protect things isn't going to do much.”

“Why have I not found this place before? I placed an order for two items and within 4 days they were in my hand, and two very happy girls! You undercut high street shops massively, off free delivery and (i doubt i'll ever need it) but returns/customer service is available too. I will be using your store a heck of a lot more!!!”
