“Terrible service paid for next day delivery on the 20th before 12 and it arrived on the 28th, was needed for the 26th as a main birthday present will not use you again”

“Although inner packaging was i damaged, the box was dented and the outer packaging was crushed and partly open. I put this down to bad handing by EVRI and poorly packaged item by seller, using thin strip of tape to hold down open end of package. I did email sender with photo but got no reply.”
