“I had never ordered from this company before and should perhaps read reviews. It said delivery within 2 - 4 working days but this is not true I tried Live chat which says they will reply in 2 hours this does not happen I contacted Hermes with all the details they have not received the parcel yet, it is now 4 working days This was to be a present Will not order from you again or recommend Order no 2000365477”

“Sent me the wrong item (again), asked me to keep the item for 20% to avoid returning. Sent item back 4 weeks ago and still waiting for refund, customer service non existent when you need them. Won't buy from them again.”

“Ordered a pool but was sent a plastic inflatable swan then told the pool was out of stock and I could keep the swan, which I don’t have a pool for. Ironic. I have been given a refund at least but now have to get rid of an inflatable swan. Would have rather been told the pool was out of stock from the offset.”

“All has gone completely quiet since I received my order confirmation. Reviews saying delivery next day is not the case for me and I can't get in touch with anyone or use the order tracker as it just keeps looping back. Worried that I've lost £60 now!”

“Terrible service. Ordered item on Friday, due to it saying it would arrive within 2 to 4 days... It's Wednesday now and it still hasnt even been dispatched. Been fobbed off by customer service saying its because i ordered after 2pm on a friday??? Do you only work Fridays, 9 til 2 or something ?? Sort it out!!! Change your delivery infoat the very least if you're not going to abide by your own delivery guidelines, saves customers waiting on a gift that is never going to arrive on time. Terrible service, terrible attitudes.”

“If I could put zero stars I would. 6times Hermes said they'd attempted delivery. Was actually once I have CCTV. Twice it was returned I asked bargain max to use different carrier was assured they would next day Hermes have my parcel. Email saying access problem ( there is none) and now it's been returned again! Constant email to bargain max but rarely answered. Never buying from here again, customer service is appalling”

“TERRIBLE COMPANY . SENDS OUT FAULTY GOODS AND DOESN’T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEM AND FOB YOU OFF TELLING YOU TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER, WHEN I KNOW MY RIGHTS ON RECEIVING FAULTY GOODS! RETURNED THE ITEM THROUGH HERMES AND THEY HAVE PROOF OF THIS ALSO BEEN TOLD ITS REACHED THE LAST TRACKING POINT AND THEYRE STILL REFUSING TO REFUND ME. SO TRADING STANDARDS IT IS!”

“I wouldn’t even ordered from this site! Ordered 2 items for my little boys birthday and I only got 1 . I have been contacting them but they just keep telling me different things . Like it has got lost in the post! A very unhappy customer!”
