“THIS PRODUCT IS FAKE! I have watched several different videos and the real versions do not talk, the real versions come with certain extras that this did not have... I will be writing a complaint and demanding a refund!!”

“Items were ordered a week before Christmas and didn't arrive until after Christmas due to two failed deliveries when we were actually home waiting for them, Hermes lied about delivering them. When they did arrive the box was heavily damaged luckily the toys inside were ok. Toys are great but delivery really lets the company down.”

“Never received my toys which was really awkward as had the WWF ring with no wrestlers. Hermes website says my delivery is still at depot Lesson to be learnt , buy at shops”

“Quick Delivery. But product was very bad. Brought 300 foam wands for Scout Fundraising. 37 unsalable from what we opened, 16 returned did not work / loose connections. 95 sold, so 50 out of 150 broken. Word spread and no one else brought, have sold 250 - 300 for the past 3 years. Scout fundraising and reputation severely tarnished for future years. offered refund (I assume on all returned) but does not help the person we are fundraising for, or those in the future. Bearsted Scout Group”
