There is no contact number with this company?? I placed an order and paid through PayPal I received no confirmation on Bargain Max's website nor an email from them to confirm the order and payment. I then ordered a 2nd time and recieved the confirmations. Yet, PayPal saying money taken for both orders?? No one has replied to my emails either.

This is the worst online company I have ever had the misfortune to use. Would have given no stars if I could. Ordered and returned goods in December 2019, still waiting on refund. They now say they've not received them which is untrue as Royal Mail confirms delivered. Would never use them again. Costumer service awful. Steer well clear everyone.

Bought an item as a present for my partner and it wasnt until he opened it and tried it that we found out it was broken. We rang up the customer service number to be told there was nothing they could do as it was broken in transit! Awful service, first time and last time I will buy anything from this company.

Awful service, paid extra for express delivery for a birthday toy. It has not arrived in time for sons birthday and still not here after 5 days with delivery service stating it will not be here until next working say so after my sons birthday. Impossible to get hold of and very dissapointed. Do not recommend.

I ordered some toys(Nerf guns), shipped on the 2nd of january. I got the tracking number, and on the Hermes website I could see that "they have my parcel". Then, after nothing happened for 12 days, I asked what happened. They just didn't ship my package so they lied. Then they "shipped" again, I got a new tracking number. Now Hermes got my package again, and nothing happened since 15th of january. They are promising 5-7 workdays international delivery, but don't even try to ship anything. So far, no money, no package, and they don't even answer fast.

Worst company to buy from. I am gutted to give it 1 star but have to give it something to be able to write my review. I bought a LOL bike from the company for my nieces birthday on the 27th December. The bike came faulty with the wheel prongs all bent and the bike seat missing the screws to attach it to the bike. I wrote on the 30th December via email to the company to ask for a replacement, in return I get an automated email stating they are back to work the 27th December, please explain the logic of that? I still have not received a response from the company and now there is a unhappy and sad 5 year old without her birthday present. Appalling company. I have sent a second message via their website and still no response, this is a clear demonstration of a company that is happy to take your money then hide from their responsibilities when at fault.

Received my order before christmas and the box was a little bashed up. The dolls box looked in tact however when my daughter received it from santa yesterday the dolls mouth was faulty and its taking a long time to get hold of bargain max!

Ordered hatchimals, says delivered was not as was at work, contacted bargain max, was told by Alex was not entitled to another or a refund, even though the parcel was left unattended on my door step, rubbish customer service and delivery by Hermes rubbish, Joseph the delivery guy just leaves it, avoid and save your money and go elsewhere.

Absolutely would not buy from here again as have no confidence in them what so ever. Got told at 16.03 on Christmas Eve my order had been lost in the post. My daughter is now 3 presents down and will be gutted tomorrow. Should have told me days ago what had happened and I could have gone out and bought from the shop. Got told I could have a refund or a replacement, refund all the way as will never buy from here again.

Shocking I wouldn't recomend to anyone, the box was open on arrival and all the individual boxes inside were damaged. Spoke to the delivery driver and he showed me a picture of it before he picked it up so we no it wasn't damaged in transit. Very poor just before Christmas

Order placed 9 days ago, still not arrived. Yodel's tracking says it hasn't arrived with them. It'll cost me more in the long run to now spend time finding an alternative gift. I won't use this site again

If you order from Bargainmax I recommend you pay extra for delivery. The order I placed took 8 days to arrive. Tracking of the order showed that the order was with them for 6 days. Gift arrived late for my sons birthday. Customer services unapologetic. Cheaper than most though.

Poor delivery times. Held up with Yodel apparently. Let down, website states delivery in 2-4 days. Shop somewhere more reliable.

Ordered pair of heeleys for my son's birthday hermes apparently attempted delivery 6 times all of the days I was home for and no delivery was attempted i got in touch with bargainmax and told them that the delivery was not attempted and have now been told that the pair of heeleys have now been sold and are out of stock . No offer of a replacement pair just told I will receive a refund. Disgraceful . I would not recommend anyone to shop here
