“I had a very frustrating experience with this company. When I contacted customer service over the phone, the staff were unhelpful and lacked basic courtesy. It took a lot of time and effort on my part just to get a refund for a service/product that didn’t meet expectations. While they did eventually process the refund, there was no goodwill gesture offered to make up for the poor service — something that could have shown they value their customers and encouraged me to return. Sadly, based on this experience, I won’t be using them again and can’t recommend them to others.”
