“I paid for next day delivery and didn't get the till about 4 days later. This is despite the site saying it will arrive next day.”

“I’d give 5 stars because I’ve ordered before and had great service but this time round not so great, ordered a gift that cost £99.99 for my daughters birthday and I’ve waited nearly 2 weeks for this and when I contacted apparently it’s been lost I’ve asked for a replacement but if it doesn’t arrive I’ll be getting a refund.”

“Ordered and arrived in 2 days, even though I live on the Isle of Wight. £80 for this great pool with a pump, such a great price for the quality. Would definitely recommend Also. Great communication through their WhatsApp, responding within an hour. Great site with great prices 😊”

“I placed my first order with BargainMax and then panicked because I thought I had made an error. I sent an email and received a reassuring response within hours. The order was delivered the next day as promised. I would recommend BargainMax 100% and would not hesitate to use them again. They are certainly cheaper then other toy stores.”

“Not happy at all! I regularly buy from you guys and this is very possibly the delivery company’s fault, but this item was never delivered and for what it was, cost quite a bit. It was for my daughter as a surprise after an operation. She has a condition which makes hers (and my) life hard and this karaoke machine was what she’s been talking about for ages. So disappointed and as a single mum, I couldn’t afford to replace it.”

“Have previously used bargain max and have had no issues so decided to use again. Ordered on 1/7 and still waiting for my order. It was a paddling pool which I really wanted before the heat were currently experiencing. Evri have lost it. Told them it was lost. They emailed back 3 days ago saying to wait and see while they escalate it with evri (despite it not moving from evri warehouse since 5th July) and will be in touch in 2 days. Asked for a replacement to be sent out yesterday but not heard anything more. Very disappointed and ended up buying elsewhere.”

“We received the item and at a great price. One star lost as the page stated it would be delivered a lot quicker than it was, took a week in total to arrive. Thankfully we were able to receive the delivery when it arrived so all good but something about be aware of for future.”

“My experience is dreadful . Stressful. . All I've dome is email bargain max and evri delivery.. about not receiving my parcel which was a present for my 3 yr old grandson who now is gonna be very upset not receiving his bike. Now i will have to try and buy a smaller gift... .All I've had I'd 4 different stories why my parcel hasn't been delivered.. its absolutely disgusting”

“Quality on this kitchen is really poor quality mdf type so any knocking/ bending it breaks, this was a birthday present for my daughter, some of the pieces weren’t cut correctly so I have 1 piece missing as it was cut out of the other side. Really upset with this as the other reviews were good, I’m just glad I didn’t pay full price. The only party that is cute is the magnetic fridge and the accessories/ ice cube on the fridge, Would not recommend this sadly.”

“unfortunately i did not recieve my item that i had ordered for my sons birthday . Very dissapointed. The delivery company failed to deliver my parcel TWICE ! The first time it was not recieved at the warehouse, dispite them sending me a 2 hour delivery slot to wait in , then the second time it was not scanned and wasnt loaded onto the lorry - again i had recieved a 2 hour delivery slot . So both occasssions i ahd waited in as per my text message the night before. Had to chase on both occassions, after they didnt turn up. The delivery company in question are called DX - terrible customer service and not apologetic. I wasnt prepared to wait in for a third attempt, so asked them to return my parcel to BargainMax. Also asked for a member of the management team to call me the following day , sadly didnt get this call either. First time using both BargainMax and DX and i dont feel that i will be using again or be recomme”
