“Original order process was straight forward. However, I edited the delivery address. Evri didn't provide tracking updates for over a week. Chased via BargainMax, and was advised to allow 10 days delivery time, which was too late for the birthday. After chasing up, the parrcel was miraculously delivered next day. Think Evri had mislaid it. Ordered on 21 July, delivered 30 July. Score reflects complications with Evri. BargainMax were helpful and seemed to get the matter expedited with Evri.”

“Haven't put the bike together yet as it's a Christmas present for my daughter. But the box was badly damaged and opened at both ends when delivered. Thankfully it looks like all the main pieces are their and not damaged except for a ripped sticker”

“I brought a kids bike a skye paw patrol one and the tightening bolts don't fit ,so my daughter can't use or ride her bike, I tired to email and get them sent out and haven't heard anything so now I want a full refund.”

“Decent for the price but the top of the poles need better coverage the yellow plastic toppers loose keep coming off my little boy cut his finger on them so I had to tape the top off the poles then add the yellow plastic covers on top other then that issue it's a good trampoline good size for my 4 year old he lov3s it and fare price bargain just make sure to tape top of the poles”

“Sent out a different product then they advertised and the instructions where poor on the parts list it said spare parts and listed the parts needed for every variation of the product received not just the version I ordered”

“Purchase easy, straight forward and efficient. Downside delivery service with Evri. Received notice of delivery an hour before delivery and was out. Read the text message they sent and requested ‘safe place’ to leave (back enclosed garden (easy access) and leave against conservatory doors. They ignored this request and left it on the open driveway for all to see. What made it worse it had been sent out Without any additional wrapping by yourselves And the pictures of the children’s House was on both sides of the manufactures box. Hence all could see what was inside. Put aside evris laziness and lack respect for customers, I was very surprised you would send out an item without additional privacy (and to protect ) wrapping.”
