“Ordered 3 items and only 1 turned up. Items were sent out separately which is fine but I am still waiting on a refund for the goods I haven’t received, the tracking clearly shows on evri the goods were returned to sender.”

“Ordered a dolu slide which was a really good price. I was very skeptical about ordering but to be honest I'm glad I did. I was not sent an confirmation following the order which was alittle strange but I called up the company and the comfirmation was sent with no issues. The slide arrived ontime and with no issues. The kids love it.”

“A lovely pool. I was skeptical at first as I ordered a different make one from another retailer which was the same as this and it had a massive hole so I wasted alot of water having to empty it. The kids love this but I'm not sure how long it will last because of the stitching around the bottom. If you accidentally stand on it when getting in or out of the pool, you can hear a creaking noise like it will become detached. Fingers crossed it won't! Brilliant size for 2 older children and 2 adults!”

“Ordered a bike for granddaughter on Friday paid next day delivery and got it on the wed her birthday was on the Monday so it was 2 days late how do you explain to a 5 year old her bike hasn't come I did send a message to yourselfs but no reply I'm still not happy and still no refund for next day delivery we were going to a park for her to ride the barbie bike instead I had nothing to give my granda”

“Ordered my little pony mini world at a fantastic price. My grandaughter will luv it when she visits. Arrived well packaged which was good as it smelt strongly of perfume/aftershave a nice smell though which prob came from another parcel that had been damaged. You could clearly see the stain on the box. Thankfully as my parcel was well packaged there was no damage to my actual order. My recycling smelt wonderful though! Definitely recommend Bargain Max.”
